Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Cefalù

Marina has set the bar unattainably high for any other AirBnb host! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, it was clean, organized, perfectly located, and had every amenity you could think of (plus more that you didn't remember!). On top of that, Marina is a gem of a person. I've never been to the same AirBnb twice because we like going to new places, but I really hope to make coming back here an annual tradition! My children will remember Palermo forever. Thank you so much, Marina <3

L’esperienza nella villa di Gianluca è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Immersa in un'oasi di quiete, la villa offre una tranquillità senza pari, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La piscina, perfettamente curata, è il vero cuore della casa: trascorrere le giornate a bordo vasca con una splendida vista sul mare è stato rigenerante. Il panorama è mozzafiato, con il mare che si estende all'orizzonte, offrendo spettacoli incredibili soprattutto al tramonto. Di notte, il cielo stellato è stato la ciliegina sulla torta. La mancanza di inquinamento luminoso ha reso possibile ammirare una volta celeste punteggiata da stelle, creando un'atmosfera magica e romantica. In sintesi, questa villa è perfetta per chi cerca un rifugio elegante e rilassante, dove il mare, la natura e la pace si incontrano in un perfetto equilibrio. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

Loredana was very responsive to all of my questions before arrival and thank you to Claudio for meeting me at the train station and showing me around their nice home. The kitchen is stocked and I happily cooked and ate many meals at the dining table or on the balcony looking out at the beautiful vista view of hills and sea and the church. Only a 15 minute walk to the train and a few minutes to shops and stores makes this a great location to explore both Terese Imerese and surrounding areas like Cefalu and Agrigento. Quiet nights, comfortable bed with lovely Italian bedspread and cozy sheets and pillowcases, beautiful wooden furniture and ceilings, a lovely shower with bath all add to the extra level of comfort in this warm, inviting home. Thank you Loredana and Claudio for making my stay so special.

This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

Wir haben unsere 8 Nächte bei Giuseppe wirklich sehr genossen. Ich kann nichts kritisieren und nur positive Punkte sagen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und super ruhig. Man ist absolut alleine und hat tolle Natur um sich herum. Als wir ankamen waren Snacks wie Melone, Kekse, eine Packung Nudeln und Soße wieso Eis da. Außerdem ein 6er Wasser und Wein. Das hat das ankommen super einfach gemacht. Die Lage ist etwas angelegen, was wir aber genau so wollte. Kleine Hinweise zur Anfahrt: Man muss einen recht steilen und kurvenreichen Weg entlang. Aber mit guten Auto absolut machbar. Wir hatten einen Mercedes E-Klasse und das war gut zu schaffen. Auto sollte aber tatsächlich nicht zu tief sein, da der Weg einige Regenrinnen hat die Tief sind. Aber wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und waren absolut begeistert.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Salvatore! Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Sie lag nur etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt – perfekt gelegen und trotzdem ruhig, obwohl sich eine Hauptstraße in der Nähe befindet. Wir haben uns dort jederzeit sicher und wohl gefühlt. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Daniela, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Sie hatte sogar den Kühlschrank mit ein paar grundlegenden Lebensmitteln für uns gefüllt – eine wirklich schöne Geste, die unseren Start noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Auch der frühe Check-in und der spätere Check-out waren problemlos möglich – sehr entgegenkommend und entspannt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Tutto molto bene perfettamente in linea con la descrizione, casa con giardino (in cui i nostri due cani hanno giocato in tranquillità) ideale per andare per i sentieri e i rifugi delle Madonie lontano dalla quotidianità della città. Bellissima vista sulle valli. Marienza è stata perfetta.

This villa is heavenly! There is so much space and comfort – different areas for relaxing at various times of day, places for privacy and for socializing, being outdoors or inside. The beds are very comfy with fresh linen and towels, and there is plenty of hot water in the showers. The garden is very nicely curated near the house - with several seating areas, two hammocks and an outside dining area - and more informal elsewhere. There is an upward sloping driveway, and it’s uphill from town, but very close too. The hosts are very responsive and extremely helpful. We were thoroughly delighted with our stay!

The apartment was wonderful, even nicer than the pictures and was so great to relax in after long days of exploring Palermo. The location was perfect just away from the crowded streets but central enough to walk every where including the station. It’s in a lovely square with a great bar and friendly staff that we enjoyed going to everyday! There is loud music from the bar until late in the evenings on fri & sat only but this wasn’t a surprise to us as other guests had mentioned it and it didn’t bother us. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Giovanni's place! It was paradise at this apartment, don't hesitate to book it. Amazing value for the terrace overlooking the sea and very close to lots of delicious restaurants. Giovanni was super responsive and very helpful during our stay, very chill. Lovely place right on the water with wonderful view of Mondello and the bay. 5 minute walking distance to the main square of Mondello. Cesare was a great host and point of contact during our time there. Would definitely consider staying again!

Flavia è una host fantastica. L'alloggio è in una posizione semplicemente PERFETTA. Sconsiglio di trovare soluzioni più economiche in posizioni diverse perchè da questo alloggio si raggiungono tutte le principali mete con una piacevole passeggiata. La casa è comoda, pulita e accogliente. La zona è molto vivace per belle serate ma può esserci qualche fastidio se si va a dormire prima di mezzanotte, ma le camere da letto sono abbastanza tranquille. Abbiamo avuto un problema di natura personale durante l'alloggio e Flavia si è dimostrata comprensiva e subito ci è venuta incontro aiutandoci!! E questo conta più di qualsiasi altra cosa, perchè gli imprevisti in vacanza accadono e avere una persona di riferimento pronta ad aiutare è fondamentale. Grazie!!!

The apartment is BEAUTIFUL!! Our family of five, with three teens fit comfortably here. Plenty of space to have our time alone after three weeks of travel, that is needed sometimes. Loved being in the heart of old town Palermo just steps away from bars, food, grocery stores and sites. Totally walkable to a ton of sites. We lived to verandas. The host greeted us, took time to help us get settled, answered questions, we felt very welcomed! It is lively at night, and we didn’t mind hearing people enjoying themselves. Place is more beautiful in person! You won’t regret booking this place. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Excellent stay in this very stylish house. We loved the views and had an amazing time next to the swimminpool. We missed a couple of things in the house such as a smart tv with netflix, good wifi and space for groceries in the kitchen. But after our feedback I believe this will be solved immediately for the next guests. I would definitely recommend this place!

Very new and nice place. Can fit a lot of people and has a pretty pool and views. We came with 5 people and had lots of space. Great patios and balconies overlooking views and nice seating throughout the house. Easy to get in and out with keys and a nice pizza place just opened up a 2 minute walk from the house. Would recommend staying here. The host also helped find pizza delivery, and a taxi for us when needed.

AMAZING! In two years of traveling around Europe and staying in Airbnbs, this is the best house and host we have ever had. It is so beautiful, quiet and peaceful and it has everything you could possibly need. Maria Rosa is an amazing person, and she welcomes you and treats you like family, and makes you feel as if it is your house. She truly cares about her guests. There are literally no negatives about this property. I hope to come back again someday. Book it now and you will not be disappointed!!

We've just spent a wonderful week at Enrico's fabulous villa, it really is a mansion! We had so much space to more than comfortably accommodate a family of 5. The outside area, Annex & pool are AMAZING, if the weather hadn't of been so lovely I'm sure we'd of enjoyed the huge inside area more too. The villa was spotless & provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Enrico was enormously responsive & very kind in assisting us with a late check-out to suit our return flight. We had a couple of little maintenance issues but Enrico addressed these immediately & made sure to check we were happy with everything, which we were. We arrived (late May) just out of season so the local restaurants & bars were only starting to open but it wasn't a problem. The villa is just 5 min walk to the train station which went direct to Cefalu in 10 mins & Palermo in 40 mins, it was great to not have to drive. We cannot recommend the villa enough & we can't wait to stay again! Thank you Enrico!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Aldos Unterkunft. Wir waren 4 Personen (2 Pärchen) es war genug Platz so das man in dieser Unterkunft sich jeder auch etwas zurückziehen konnte. Der Papa von Aldo wohnt direkt hinter der Unterkunft und war sehr aufmerksam und bei allen Fragen und Anliegen direkt vor Ort. Wir werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen! Danke

Loved our stay at Maria’s place! A few steps down to the beach, a few minutes walk (approx 10/15) to a cafe/bar and easily accessible by train mid-way between Cefalu and Palermo - the train at S Flavia is only €3 and runs frequently (at least every hour). You do need a car if you want to explore and there was space for us to park two cars. Eating on the terrace (direct sea view with nothing blocking between!) and having balconies overlooking the sea were both wonderful! There are other residents above and below the apartment but they didn’t bother us at all apart from some strange furniture moving early in the morning - but easily forgotten with a wonderful view and terrace breakfast. Thank you! We’d recommend a stay for a family wanting a beach without even crossing a road! Beach towels and washing towels all provided!
