The stay went very well, but what really made a difference was Adelina's kindness and availability. Always attentive, warm and helpful. It was such a pleasure.

We dad an amazing stay in this beautiful, modern flat near the beach in Giulianova! The location is perfect, just a short distance to the sea, and the flat had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts, a lovely couple, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The only thing we missed were mosquito screens on the windows, which would have allowed us to enjoy the fresh sea breeze in the evenings and at night. Still, it was a fantastic experience, and we'd love to return!

Great apartment, very clean, everything is thought through to the smallest detail, which is very useful and pleasant, there was everything you need. Walking distance to the sea 10 minutes, supermarkets nearby, various cafes, restaurants, all within walking distance. Even a fish shop with fresh fish and seafood. The host is always available, even when we turned on a lot of electrical appliances a couple of times and the electricity went out, the host immediately helped to figure it out and turn everything on, although it was a weekend evening. Thank you for your hospitality, understanding and help! We recommend the apartment 100%!

We only stayed one night. Apartment in a convenient location, new, comfortable and clean. We'd love to come back.
