We were just passing through on our way to Cork. This was the perfect stop for us, everything was clean and comfortable, and Olive was lovely.

Really a crow's nest, small and cozy. Absolutely quiet, it is reached via a 300-meter-long narrow private road. The car is absolutely necessary. Kate is very friendly and helpful. And her homemade bread is sensational!!

Absolutely fantastic house and host. We were late arriving but Elizabeth left a key out for us. The milk and sweet treats were very much appreciated after a long day. The house is very easy to find. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were great. Bathroom is lovely and the shower is fantastic. Our favourite part was definitely the summer house. Such a peaceful and comfy place to curl up with a book. Great location. Lots of food options nearby. The discovery park is great especially the mining museum. Very friendly little town too. We wouldn't be the most sociable people but we even attended a coffee morning in the local charity shop and had a great time.
