This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Our lovely coastal flat is only 100m from the beach. There is so much to do and explore in the local area or you can relax and enjoy the serenity of the local area. The flat has a fully functioning kitchen with a gas hob/oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are two pubs within walking distance that serve traditional pub food. There is a fish and chip shop on your doorstep along with an ice cream parlour. Hunstanton town is a 30 minute (approx.) walk along the hardstanding promenade.

Snettisham is a great platform to enjoy the Norfolk Coast, it has it’s own beach with parking, furthermore bird lovers have a fantastic RSPB area. We are 5 minutes from Sandringham, 10 minutes from Hunstanton and 20 minutes from Holkham and Wells-next- Sea which both have incredible wide open Sandy Beaches.

Situated in a quiet residential area of the village, the accommodation is separate from the house, but I live in the joining property. The Airbnb is a compact space that is a converted garage but has everything you will need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
