My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities. The setting is rural, on a wooded plot not far from the forest. The maisonette is located on part of the hosts' land and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it not overlooked.
