Monthly Rentals in Cascina Colombaia

Matteo's got a very clean, tidy and compact place. It's in a great location, very quiet and away from all the noise. The bus stop is right outside the place and the tram station is just a mere 5 minutes walk away. There's loads of crockery and cutlery, the cabinets are full of all the utensils you'll ever need if you want to cook your own food. Matteo is a very nice and jolly fellow. He helped us a lot on our way to his place (I had a lot of questions about transportation). He served us the best italian coffee upon arriving and helped us find the correct address for the University of Milan's campus where my dad had to attend a conference. He also gave us some great suggestions for the best restaurants to try around town (we asked for them of course). I would reccomend Matteo's place and would definitely stay there if visiting Milano again.

This was a perfect stay! The host was remarkably flexible and available, always responding with great speed. The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor, with nearby parking, and the city center is easily accessible without the inconvenience of traffic. We really enjoyed the tranquility while being close to everything.

Beautiful location, south of Milan. If you have a car, it is ideal: in 15 minutes you can get to the metro station and from there you can get around the city without problems. In addition, in the surroundings, about 15 minutes in all directions, it is full of quality restaurants and/or typical places. The host, Claudio, is always available to provide directions or suggestions and responds promptly. The Airbnb is exactly as shown in the photos and is an oasis of peace just outside the chaos of the city: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
