If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

i was in the process of moving out of my house and needed something that allowed pets. The whole apartment was LVP and I had my own entrance and driveway .It was perfect for what I needed.

Great place to stay. Loved the my modern feel of the apartment. Lots of places to shop and eat at nearby.

My husband and I stayed here for a family trip visiting relatives in Canton, GA. The apartment was beautiful, quiet and meticulously clean. The grounds were well kept and the animals were an added bonus for enjoyment. Darlene was extremely responsive and helpful with local recommendations found in the guest book, which i forgot to write in before leaving. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed with a friend for just a night while passing through Atlanta for a concert at Variety Playhouse, this was a great space for two people! Very cozy, clean, & in a very convenient location with easy check in & check out. We felt very safe as two women traveling alone

Great place to stay; A breath taking view look exactly as the photo, Pierre was a wonderful host answering all questions all letting me feel at home. It’s at a great convenient location for place to eat and grocery store. Check in and check out was super easy. Will definitely stay again.

My wife and I selected the area of Ellijay for our honeymoon specifically because of Ted’s AirBnB! We were amazed by the style, decor, and feel of it! Every morning felt fun, light, and spacious and every evening felt private and intimate. What a perfect balance that was everything we could have asked for! On top of that, Ted was such an incredible host. Very kind and generous! We cannot wait to return to this spot time and time again!

Gabriela thank you! We were in town for a baseball tournament and not only was the house in a perfect location for our tournament at Lake Point Sports but there is a baseball facility Beacon Sports that was directly across the street. The accommodations were as advertised, very clean and everything that we needed was easy to find. My only recommendation to future guests is to bring some white noise devices, which we had, due to the nightly train. The train cannot be escaped in this area and we know this, but wanted to pass along to future guests. The house is perfect for the price and training facility to stay sharp right across the street. A grill would of been a bonus but is not listed.. Thank you again and if ever back we will stay with Gabriella at one of her properties.. Well Done.

One of my favorite air bnb's! Loved that there is a gym, pool and tennis court. Location is great and the neighborhood is very safe! Pam communicated very fast and was super sweet. Thanks for a great stay!

I stayed here for a few months while out of town working. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Very close to downtown, so lots to do and see! Allatoona Lake is also very close and a must if you enjoy the outdoors! Great communication with the hosts and very easy check in and out! Highly recommend staying here for a few days or extended stay like I did!

We were in town for a baseball tournament with 3 families. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space and comfy beds. The place was very clean and there were plenty of linens. We needed a bit more cookware - there are no large pots or a frying pan. The owners were extremely responsive to our questions and comments. We would definitely stay here again.

Thomas has been really great. Very responsive when we needed assistance. Also very friendly when we got to meet him as well. His place is very comfortable and home-y. Well maintained and clean. Functional amenities. Also includes complimentary wine and drinks. Made our stay great. Thank you so much!

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

I had a great stay at Julian’s place! He was incredibly professional and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made check-in seamless. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also super convenient, centrally located with easy access to everything I needed in Atlanta. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Julian as a host!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

The stay was in fact very cozy. The place was clean and welcoming. The best part was that the host was extremely proactive and responsive. It said that the host was likely to reply within a 50 min window, No they replied in IMMEDIATELY . Everything was clear and helpful would definitely stay again.
