Beautiful updated mid-20th century home, clean and comfortable. My family and I loved the walkable restaurants, kids enjoyed the porch swing while my wife and I appreciated the generous main suit and luxurious bathroom. Host is awesome as well, great stay!

Everything about this place matched the description. Easy to find and get inside. I always felt safe and comfortable. It literally took me less than five minutes to get to LakePoint Complex. The back porch area was a peaceful setting to drink a cup of coffee and do my morning devotions. The inside was clean and beautifully decorated! It had everything needed in the kitchen. When the microwave broke, within two hours, Kevin brought a new one and set it up for us! Very kind and accommodating :)The master bedroom mattress was so comfy and master bath was beautiful. The only thing I’d recommend is a ceiling fan in the front bedroom. It does get more direct sunlight than the back, but that would not deter me from staying here. Having a w/d was a plus considering I had to wash baseball uniforms daily. Gabriela & Kevin were excellent hosts & responsive to any questions. She gave great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. Thank you for a stress free and homey stay!

Cathy’s place was perfect for my son and my husband for their baseball trip to Lakepoint. It was an easy drive to the games. My 15 year old said, “This place is so cozy surrounded by the trees”. If a teenager enjoyed the place, you know it’s great! It’s clean, comfortable, and my son was able to hook up his PS5 to the TV. Highly recommend!

Sara was very responsive when we had a small issue and was very quick to provide a solution. House was clean and roomy. Nice location close to my venue. Was an easy and good trip.

Nice set up for group of five. Very clean and close to where we needed to be each day, Lake point sports. Nice to have grocery store right around the corner. Owners were super responsive when I contacted them and or helpful in working with us.

Danielle was a great host, quick to response and very helpful. Her place was lovely and she provided plenty of towels, dishes, and even extra blankets. We really enjoyed the downtown area, quiet area, numerous parks all within walking distance. This area of Acworth has tons of extra parking areas as well. We would rent again if ever the need.

My family and I stayed at Larry’s place for a week. My son had a baseball tournament at Lake Point. The house was easily accessible and only 15 minutes from the park. Lots of restaurants close by as well. The house is as described. Very neat, clean, and felt like home. Larry was super responsive when I needed him! Will definitely stay again! 10/10 recommend!

My stay at Gregory’s Airbnb was phenomenal! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Gregory was an outstanding host — responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Casandra is so sweet and obliging. The space was adorable inside and out. I was able to take off on my walks from there to the square and beautiful streets. Sessions Stand coffee shop is next door and so pleasant. Will stay there again.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

This place was amazing, highly recommend! We were able to roam around on their 92 acres care free, and we visited some local shops. The host was so amazing to talk to and told me a little bit about the land and history which always makes things so much more personal. We are planning a trip back as we speak. It's so nice to be away from the hustle but still have such amazing things to do around the area.

i was in the process of moving out of my house and needed something that allowed pets. The whole apartment was LVP and I had my own entrance and driveway .It was perfect for what I needed.

Felt at home and not worried about anything. Everything that we needed was avaible and place was very clean. Felt very spacious given the space and even provided some toiletries as well.

We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

We had a wonderful stay for our 2 day concert at the Tabernacle. 11 minute walking time.

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

First time in Atlanta and we are very happy we stayed here. Beautiful place to take in the city. We loved everything about it. My family will plan to return to this listing in our future visits to ATL. Thank you N for getting it right!
