Cabin vacation rentals in Carson

We booked this house for a girls' weekend and we were not disappointed! The hot tub was clean, the fire pit was ready to go (we ended up not using it), the kitchen had a good assortment of equipment and assorted spices for when we cooked. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean, and the towels were FABULOUS! We ended up spending most of our time around the dining room table eating and playing games (they have an assortment of table games), but the living room and front and back porches were also great places for us to sit and spend time together.

The home was more spectacular than we thought. Big and spacious. Definitely recommend this home to any friend or family!

The house was perfect for our family of four - two adults, two children (5) and (3). The space is exactly as pictured. Everything, including the fireplace and hot tub, was in working condition and easy to operate. This spot was ideal for us to get “off the grid” for a few days and enjoy being outdoors. Easy 5-min drive to base of the mountain at Angel Fire Resort and Angel Fire Country Club. We also took a quick 35-min drive to Red River one day. Would recommend to anyone looking to book without wanting a space for 18-20 people. Thank you so much to our host Karen for also calling before our stay and answering texts during. We loved it here!!

Great cabin! It was clean. We were very impressed and wanted to stay longer. There’s not a better place to stay in red river! Host was very responsive.

Look no further! If you want to capture the essence of Angel Fire, this is the place. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, you'll get a complete mountain experience on this property. The host was responsive, but not intrusive and very helpful when the weather gave us a gorgeous surprise. I will definitely be back and I will seek out this host for any other destinations if applicable. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a beautiful cabin in the woods. The location is perfect. 5 minutes from the slopes. Sledding in the backyard. Friendly local deer. It is a magical place especially when it snows. The place had everything we needed. The fireplace adds to the ambience. Hot tub is perfect also when it’s snowing. This is a gem of a find and I can see us returning. A short drive to Red River is worth it. I already miss the place!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. Quiet. Clean. Spacious. Easy parking in front of house right by front door. Beautiful scenery. Close to everything in the Enchanted Circle. Don’t have one complaint. It was just simply perfect!

Lauren’s spot was magical. The little creek running outside the house and all of the little details inside made this place a gem to stay at. The bed was so comfortable and Lauren even had little snacks waiting for us! Our dog loved running around the property. A great spot to stay at close to Taos.

This was such a beautiful house with many thoughtful touches, especially as a family with young children. We loved the “kids room” with toys as this kept them highly entertained. The location was lovely - we saw tons of wildlife right off the balcony including elk, turkey, and deer. I would 100% recommend to others!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cindy’s cabin. She was so sweet and when she saw we had an infant she reached out to let us know she would provide a pack and play and high chair. We were able to walk to the Copper Chair lift in our ski books no problem! We’ll definitely be back!

The Charlie House was a great getaway in the woods and close to the Red River. Very easy to get to town while having peace and quiet. Eric was always friendly and responsive.

This cozy casita was like a mountain retreat while travelling from Taos to Santa Fe. The place was just as described -Jen and Heathar are very thoughtful providing just enough for a simple quiet stay. I was able to take a hike right behind the casita and order keifer hand-delivered from their available farm goods. Knowing that I'd be unplugging mostly while there, I was still able to connect my laptop to a trusty Ethernet cable to get work done. I do evening sketches and reading, so by nightfall the intentionally dimmer light in the casita was limiting, but that just encouraged me to get to bed at a decent hour. (Comfy bed perch, by the way!) I highly recommend staying here for a peaceful experience.

Great Place!! Loved the remote location and worked well for our family of 4 + dog! Kids loved the loft area and we all loved the space to roam and explore! Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils and place settings for 8+! Check-in was smooth as the code was set all we had to do was show up! Erin has the right approach to her place...No Pet Fee, No Guest Fee and No chores! we loved having dinner on the patio enjoying the crisp mountain air and we saw plenty of wildlife in the neighborhood! I would recommend Erin's place to anyone!!

Kimberly was a fantastic host! Communication with her throughout the trip was smooth and she even had a fresh batch of bread for us when we arrived. The house was the perfect size for our group. The living room and dining area were a great place to gather with one another whether we were eating meals, playing games, sharing laughs, or watching movies. Being tucked away with a few acres surrounding the house made it very easy to admire the scenery of the beautiful pine trees. There isn't a single thing I would change about Kimberly's home. Thank you very much for having us!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to walk to the ski area and several restaurants within minutes. Shuttle service to ski area was also available and easily accessible. We had everything we would need and the condo was clean and organized with easy instructions.

We were stopping through on our roadtrip through New Mexico and wanted to be nearby the Ojo Caliente Resort. This spot is just 10 minutes up the road, and a wonderful retreat into nature and solitude. Dave was incredibly responsive to our itinerary and made sure to make us feel at home. He also let us stay longer on the property to enjoy the beautiful landscapes, which we took full advantage of. I’d love to stay here again next time we’re passing through!

Can’t say enough great things about Brady’s place. We’ve been going to Angel Fire during ski season for the past 7 years and although we’ve stayed at nice cabins, this one beats them all in location. This cabin is away from the main ski resort and closer to wildlife. Every single morning, we would wake up to a beautiful pack of deer (about 15) that would sometimes return in the evening. That was our vacation highlight. Other than that, the place was just as described and fully stocked. Worth every penny.

What a beautiful home with wonderful hosts! Alan and Kelli were always super helpful and even gave us recommendations of local things to do. Great communication! The house is open and spacious with great views - and is stocked with all the amenities you’d want. The river running through the back yard is so peaceful. We will definitely be back - either summer or winter! Thank you, Alan and Kelli!

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway, this is it! Not only was it a great location on the enchanted circle, but the cabin was beautiful and clean, with a great layout for our group! Alissa is wonderful at giving clear directions/instructions, is friendly and really wants you to have a memorable experience! If we are in the Eagle Nest area again, this would be our go-to spot!

The Location is spectacular for Hunting Unit 51 (A&B)! the architecture is amazing. For us this house was great. This is the first time I have rented a house for hunting. I loved this experience over tent, trailer, or RV camping. One note: If you are looking for a perfect, spotless, Air BnB only, kind of rental this is not the place for you. This is a well lived in house that has lots of very minor nit-noid issues.

Everything was wonderful. We did have hot water issues most of the time but it was handled and a new hot water heater was installed and taken care of. The location was absolutely beautiful, the view was amazing. Thank you for hosting us!!!
