It has 2 outdoor spaces: a nice garden on the south-east side and a beautiful green terrace on the north-west side that will give you a dining area protected from the sun at noon, and the last rays of sun in the evening for an aperitif! Like the beach, all shops are a stone's throw away!

Bike paths from the house to explore the ponds, the Rhône Canal in Sète, Villeneuve les Maguelone.
