Beautiful cabin you get a magical feeling as soon as you arrive. The cooper and wood decor is fantastic. The tunnel fire in the living room and bedroom is brilliant. Beautiful scenery and lots of fantastic walks from the cabin. The Sauna was perfect after a day of hiking. Amazing cabin and location would highly recommend we had the best holiday.

We really enjoyed the few days here! Above all, the quiet location and the diverse possibilities in the area made this stay an unforgettable experience. Not to forget, of course, the beautiful cottage, where you can find everything you need for a short break!

We had the most amazing stay in this chalet. It was very clean and well equipped for a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The scenery is beautiful and I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone. The family are very friendly and we loved the sheep surrounding the property fence, they were so fun to watch. The chalet at Kanzelhöhe is beautiful. The path to the Kanzelhöhe offers beautiful views, but no comparison to the view when arriving at the chalet, whether in daylight or at night. You can enjoy this in complete tranquility. The chalet invites in the fire in the evenings and you can enjoy this perfectly on the covered terrace. The associated bathhouse in the field on the lake also offers beautiful views, tranquility and everything you need for a day at the lake. The owners are incredibly accommodating, helpful and have been available day or night. We will come back and enjoy Austria in this beautiful chalet.

A great place to stay. Impressive scenery ideal for rest and relaxation. Great hiking opportunities. Although I was there in February and there was still some snow, my fellow travelers and I decided to climb the nearby mountain. Was a bit difficult and partly dangerous but the view from the very top was even more fantastic than from the chalet itself. Very recommended.

Really a great, very well maintained and clean house. The sauna is great and so is the location. The ski resort can be reached in a few minutes' walk and there is also a larger ski resort not far away if you need it. We were all very comfortable. There is plenty of space and everything you need. Communication was always super fast, helpful and friendly. Thank you for the lovely holiday!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa! The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled in the mountains with panoramic views all around. The house itself is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great recommendations for local activities and dining. We especially loved relaxing on the terrace after a day of hiking—it felt like a dream!

We chose this place to stay mainly because of the proximity to the surrounding lakes and hiking destinations. We were 12 for three nights in Philip's house and had a wonderful time, nothing was missing. We would come back anytime!

We were two couples (old friend for 45 years) using the Haus and stayed over Christmas and New Year. The location and the mountain views are magical, perfect to relax. It is remote and driving to town takes 20 to 30 minutes depending on the road condition (snow and winding mountain road). So stock up and relax :)

We had wonderful days at Mary's cozy cabin! There was nothing missing, great amenities and everything was very clean. Maria was always available for questions and responded quickly and kindly. We can totally recommend this cabin in the best location (right on the ski slope) and will definitely be back!

Gerald is a very friendly host. The communication on site such as check-in is done by the nice cleaning lady Maria. The place is beautiful and just like the pictures. Also noteworthy is the private large sauna and the beautiful panoramic window in the living room. We would come back back.

The cabin was super clean and really well maintained. Great layout and everything important was available. Great sauna with pleasant relaxation room. Check-in and check-out were super easy and communication worked out great. Overall, a great vacation.

The contact with and the reception of Michaela & family was super nice, I was in good hands and felt comfortable right away. The chalet is beautiful and well furnished, extremely well equipped and everything was very clean. A feel-good place, rainy days can be well endured. The bathing bay is perfect for the beautiful days, long walks along the river and countless outdoor activities can be found around the area. A perfect stay!

If you are looking for a private access to the lake, a modern house and amenities this the object you should go for. It was our first time in n kaernten and we loved it. Great hiking tours starting right at your door step; tschebul is a great restaurant within 10 min walk, we tried the whole menu in course of 10 days and we cooked also at home. Having your own access to the lake was beautiful with morning coffee, during the day while you work and just jump into the lake at a break or in the evening lying on the steg and watching the stars and enjoying an amaro.
