Monthly Rentals in Carindale

I stayed for 3 weeks and had my daily commute (weekdays) to CBD. Katty's place is walking distance from Carindale Bus Exchange, buses run regularly with commute time within 30-40 minutes. Westfield is at walking distance, and you will find all shops and restaurants here. Katty is very responsive to messages and her place is as described with all the amenities provided as listed. Loved my stay and will stay again if I visit again.

The place was exactly as the photo listed. It is very private and had my own space. It was clean and had everything needed too. Check in instructions were clear and process was seamless. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived (with our dog) we felt welcome. The property really is a "Cosy Cottage" with a great outdoor area and yard. There was a fabulous welcome basket loaded with goodies (Tea, Coffee, Crackers/biscuits, Choc, Cereal etc) and a delicious large bowl of various fruits. Amenities were provided in EVERY room. Felt like walking into home. Even our dog was very happy to be there! Would strongly recommend staying here. Thank you Linda for being a great host!!

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!! Locating Moji’s place was made easy with Moji’s instructions and helpful photos. Moji made check-in and check-out such an easy process. Moji went over and above to make my family and I feel comfortable and at home. Thank you for the water bottles, fruit, tea and coffee and more, having everything ready for us when we arrived was really great to have and not worry about getting, as my wife was busy preparing for her presentation when we arrived. Moji your care for your guests is a 10+!!! Moji responded to all my questions and requests promptly. Moji was and is truly a great host and we will definitely be recommending to our work colleagues, family and friends. We would also love to stay at Moji’s again next time we come to Brisbane. Thank you for letting us stay at your place Moji, we can’t say enough about how good this was!!! 🙂
