Our experience at Daniela's house in Fabrica di Roma was simply fantastic. Since our arrival, we have been greeted with great hospitality and kindness. The house is lovely, but the real gem is the wonderful garden that surrounds it. Spending your holidays outdoors, surrounded by greenery and quiet, was really relaxing. The location of the house is ideal for exploring the magical atmosphere of Tuscia. Every day we discovered new corners of this beautiful region, including medieval villages, breathtaking views and delicious local restaurants. Fabrica di Roma is a perfect base for exploring the area, offering both tranquility and comfort. Daniela was an impeccable host, available for any need and ready to provide useful information on places to visit. We highly recommend the Casa dei Fiori to anyone who wants to have an authentic experience in the beautiful setting of Tuscia. We cannot wait to return!

The accommodation is delightful, very charming and comfortable, with stone walls and a mix of old and modern details. The location is great, it overlooks a quiet street, as soon as you open the door of the apartment the view of the square of the village is enchanting, within walking distance you can find a bar and a grocery store. Valerio gave us the information we needed and responded promptly. The only small flaw, the house is very cold in winter and you have to keep the air conditioner at a high temperature more or less fixed. Overall very pleasant and satisfying experience, we will definitely be back!

The accommodation is well-kept and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden is really nice, we had dinner and breakfast, with the desserts prepared by Serenella, under the porch among the flowers and the birds singing. The location is central to reach the most important sites in the area. Serenella's hospitality and friendliness helped make the stay really enjoyable.

The apartment is on the third floor of a medieval stone building in the center of Carbognano across the street from an ancient castle. You will definitely feel transported in time yet have all the modern conveniences. I especially enjoyed shopping at the local markets and wandering the rural roads and trails. A perfect spot for someone who wants to feel the true Italian country life. Gianluca was helpful at all times.
