This is the downstairs to our primary home that we have converted to 'The Duke' with John Wayne western décor, comfortable living room with mini fridge, microwave and coffee. Don't forget to peek into the kid friendly 'cupboard under the stairs' Harry Potter inspired closet. Relax each day on the 6' by 40' covered deck listening to the Rio Ruidoso river below

Must see pics! AWESOME CABIN W/ WHAT A VIEW +WiFi

Beautiful 2 story 2 bed 2 bath cabin has an AMAZING unobstructed view of Sierra Blanca Mountain, and sits perched high among the pines in an attractive neighborhood. Two queen bedrooms, full kitchen, beautiful red efficient fireplace, heating and cooling, large windows from den area facing the mountains. WiFi, TV w/DVD player and Roku upstairs, and smaller Roku TV downstairs. **Since the June 2024 fire, cabin is intact - please see updated added pic titled "New landscape view after June 2024"**

The Little Pine Cabin is tucked away just on the outskirts of the Upper Canyon, but a little closer to Mid-Town. Also walking distance to all the shopping, restaurants & hot spots. It’s a short drive to Ski Apache & Inn of the Mountain Gods casino. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, neighborhood, & it’s quiet and peaceful . This cabin is great for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers. This is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, cabin, approximately 600 sq ft with hot tub.

The lower deck features a private hot tub, covered with a fitted lid. Surrounding the area are wooden railings and string lights providing subtle illumination. An outdoor lounge chair is partially visible in the corner, contributing to the relaxed atmosphere.

BY THE GRACE OF GOD (and maybe a bit of my sheer grit) this little lady is standing post 2024 fires/floods……..She is still and will continue to be a pristine cozy cottage on the Rio Ruidoso that offers an historic Upper Canyon stay. To be clear the neighborhood does show remnants of its former self but in no time will be stunning again……Further I want to thank all my former guests for their outpouring of love and support through this most surreal time……..awesomely good people in this world!

This newly remodeled studio cabin has all the amenities you need to relax during your stay in Ruidoso. The kitchenette comes with dishes and cooking utensils, to accommodate cooking if you choose. There is a stocked coffee bar to enjoy during cool mornings and evenings. The cabin is located off of Sudderth, and approximately 1-2 miles from downtown. It is very close to local restaurants, cafes and shopping. The studio cabin sits behind the owners house, there is a separate gate entrance.

The pictures of this cabin doesn’t do it justice. It’s immaculate and beautiful. There is everything you need and more. It’s super private and also close to grocery stores if you need. Very highly recommend and if we go back to ruidoso we’d definitely book this cabin a second time. Thanks so much!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would this air bnb and the hostes are super super nice and really helpful. I would recommend this to anyone.

My son (9.5 years old) and I stayed in Ashley's Treehouse as our home base while we explored New Mexico for 4 days or so. The treehouse was clean and cozy. The property was beautiful and well maintained and fun to explore. It was great to be off the grid for a bit but found food and stores in towns nearby when we needed. Chester, the property dog, definitely took great care of us and my son is obsessed. We had one minor issue and the hosts responded and fixed it within minutes. Would definitely go back if we find ourself in New Mexico again!
