Monthly Rentals in Capendu

Very nice accommodation, comfortable with all necessities. Easy parking. 20min drive from Carcassonne. The noise of the road absolutely did not bother me, the room is not glued directly to the street .. so with the door closed + earplugs no noise! Would definitely stay there again.

The house was very clean and the space to place the suitcases and clothes enough, there were several shelves. The kitchen had room to put in enough stuff for the 4 days we stayed, all very new. The heating was well regulated and we did not get cold, there was a hair dryer, and instant heating in the bathroom that despite being winter, made it more pleasant to exit the shower. All newly renovated and the appliances very new and well kept. We greatly appreciate it if there is no TV. There are a lot of things to visit in the area, we saw quite a few, but we will definitely see the rest again and stay at Fanny's house. Thank you very much Fanny

We enjoyed Laurence and Étienne's accommodation! It is located in a very quiet area, it is tastefully decorated and everything is available: kitchen utensils, linens and towels, dishes, ... The bedding is of quality. Laurence was particularly welcoming: although we did not meet her, her instructions were very clear and she was very responsive to messages. We even had fresh chicken eggs for our arrival, which was much appreciated! Thanks ☺️

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay in this stunning accommodation. The garden, pool and outdoor seating options were exceptional and the inside apartment was charming and spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more. The rooms are far bigger than the photos gave the impression of with lovely high ceilings and good working air conditioning. The extra plugs and usb ports were super handy and we had a good amount of storage space for our needs. Brigitte and Denis were very warm and friendly and gave us a thorough tour and were on hand at the drop of a hat when we requested some more toiletries. A lovely stay and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you.
