House vacation rentals in Cape Kiwanda

This is the second time we've stayed in Chris's home. This unit is completely stocked with everything you would need for cooking and comfortable bedding. We saw whales right in front of the unit. Once again, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely be back again.

Small studio that is shared with a larger home. I think the rest of the home is also a rental so we were thankful nobody else was there. Not exactly what I thought when renting out the “entire space” so not a crazy great value given the nightly rate. Very clean and short drive into Pacific City (less than 5min).

We have stayed at Matthews place several times now. He’s always an amazing host! We will be back. The house is comfortable and clean. Such a wonderful location!

Such a wonderful weekend in Lincoln City! We loved the hot tub and close walk to the beach; the neighborhood is SO cute and quaint.

We had a great time here. Lovely home; beautifully furnished and decorated. Hot tub was lovely. Be prepared to get your steps in! Check out procedure was reasonable and easy.

The home is in a great location, with a lovely atmosphere perfect for a relaxing stay. There were a couple of small issues at first, but I really appreciated the way everything was handled. The host was responsive and professional, and in the end, a fair gesture was made that showed they care about their guests. Thank you again for making it right. Overall, a nice experience I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We had the most wonderful time at “Our Happy Place” the home was clean and so comfortable! Walking distance to the warm pool was a hit for our kids and the short walk to the beach was perfect for beach combing. The neighborhood was charming and so peaceful. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. One of the best air bnb’s we’ve ever stayed in!

Absolutely loved Clare’s space! It was the perfect fit for my family of 5. It was comfortable, clean, and has everything we needed for a perfect weekend at the coast. Walking to the water was literally 5 minutes and there were restaurants and a market within a 2 minute drive. I will 100% be back and can’t wait to stay at Clares again!

This was our second stay and we have every intention of returning again! It’s become an annual trip for us and both times Josephine’s house has been extremely clean, well stocked and very comfortable.

Home was clean and spacious and has everything you need. Unbeatable location: amazing beach, brewery, burritos, surf shop, grocery, all just a few steps away! Enjoyed playing ping pong with a view!

Great location, right on the beach with fantastic views of the famous large boulder in the ocean. We attended for a wedding that took place on the beach. The property was as described but we appreciated the decor and style of the home. Sort of like a 1970s cabin type of feel. Very clean with 3 BR and a very open living area. Daniel was very responsive to our questions. Easy check in and checkout.

we stayed here for our 24th anniversary and it was everything we wanted and more there was a problem with the water during our stay - Tyler responded very quickly getting us information on the problem it was a broken water pipe nearby not at his house and when we could expect it to be fixed he then bought us a lunch for the inconvenience and finally checked in with us later to make sure the water was back on when it was supposed to be (it was) his response made the issue not an issue do not hesitate to stay here - it was perfection in every way

The photos don’t do this place justice! I am completely wowed by this home, we celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here and this place really made it magical. The home is beautiful, the view is amazing, the secret passage way leading to the beach was so cute and perfect for having privacy on the beach. This home is also conveniently located to cannon beach, which had so many shops, restaurants, sights to see, truly a breathtaking location all around. I will 1000% be back to visit this home!

Bird’s Paradise was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed every bit of our stay, the home was very organized and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, quiet and beautiful but so close to Pacific City and only 20 mins to Lincoln City. It checked all of our boxes and more! Mostly definitely worth it and we would 100% come back and recommend it to anyone who enjoys a more rural vacation spot. Emma was super easy to communicate with and it was all around a very pleasant experience! Thank you!

This was a quiet and clean space with comfortable beds. Definitely a good place to spend the night on Cape Kiwanda.

Spencer’s beach house is fantastic! Convenient location, beautiful views of the ocean, and a quick walk over the hill to the beach. The house was spotless and beautiful.

This is a unique place right by the bridge to Whalen Island where there is a beautiful hike with a unique ecosystem, gorgeous little beaches, and lots of birds. You could not have a better view of the estuary than from this house. I watched herons all day long while I was finishing my grading--amazing. My husband and I were here as part of our 32nd anniversary trip and Cassie was kind enough to let us in early, which we greatly appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed to make two excellent dinners and we felt lucky to be in such a gorgeous part of the world.

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!
