Really enjoyed my stay at this beach house. Had everything you needed and was a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

This place is magical! It’s on the edge of the forest and a few blocks to ocean. After a morning soak in the awesome hot tub on deck we walked in to the forest. It was awe inspiring under the huge canopy of trees. I felt so connected to Mother Nature at that moment. The home was spotlessly clean on arrival with a number of beds and enough space for a large family. Very comfortable and well stocked, even had a pet basket, we felt right at home. Wished we could have stayed longer and are already making plans to come back this summer. Kylee was very accommodating, we booked last minute and she extended us a late checkout so we could have a lazy morning and enjoy the place. 100% recommend this place!

Absolutely love this place! Depot Bay, Lincoln City close by. it was a quiet neighborhood and very relaxing! Jim and Rachel responded quickly to any questions I had. Can't recommend it enough! Would definately book again!

We stayed with two young kids and had the best week at the beach! The house was lovely, exactly as pictured and with so many great amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals each day and even had a booster seat for our 2 year old. The kids play room was a big hit with lots of fun toys and books. We loved being able to walk to the beach, a quick and easy 5 minute walk, to a beautiful and secluded section of the coast. It was a quick 5 minute drive to Manzanita to pick up groceries or coffee and easy access to the 101 for checking out other local beaches. The location is really special and we had such an amazing stay. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We definitely hope to return!

This house was very cute and clean. The beds were comfy and the room set up was perfect for our group. The location was 2ish block from beach access with stairs and a (steep) ramp. A great place to stay!

We always enjoy our stay here. It’s been a few years since we were able to visit - word got out and I’m terrible at planning ahead lol. Hot tub is awesome. Nice fenced yard for the doggo. Games and movies. Well stocked kitchen. Short walk to Siletz Bay and Pelican Brewing. Love that it’s at the south end of Lincoln City and not directly in all the hubbub but only a short drive to activities. Definitely will return.

Heathers place was absolutely amazing! Decided to try by the bay this time and this place was perfect for it! Literally a walk to the beach and mo’s. Super quiet and clean, perfect for our family of four plus dogs.

Super close to town but great secluded little spot to get away for the evenings. My daughter and I loved the hot tub and fire pit.

Wonderful little place, but plenty of room for 4 and a dog. We even got visited by a family of deer (two fawns). I didn’t see the book of instructions for what we needed to do before we check out, so we ended up leaving a few pans that were to hot to clean (bacon grease).

My family and are had a great time here and would love to come back someday!! Lisa was very friendly and had everything we needed. Thank you again for an amazing stay.

Terrilynn's place was everything we were expecting and more! A last minute family trip to the coast resulted in SANDY children and lots of laughter. Eric and Terrilynn were responsive and friendly throughout our visit, and accommodating to the furfamily we brought along for the trip. Definitely plan to make this a reoccurring place for family summers.

11/10, loved rockaway cottage! Perfect for traveling with two littles. The crib was an awesome addition so we didn’t have to bring a packnplay. Great location, Short little walk to the beach. Great little fire pit in backyard, and sand for our toddler to play in while we weren’t on the beach. All the necessary amenities for cooking at the house. We Appreciated the kids books and beach toys. Friendly and responsive! Would love to stay here again!

Really nice place to stay at that allowed us to bring 2 dogs. We had great sleep, easy times cooking and enjoying the favorite shows on the evening. The Oceanside beach was only a minute drive,and we loved nearby market that features vegetarian samosas. The house has an inviting space in the front surrounded by flowers - that was our favorite spot for morning tea.

Loved the view and vibe of the cottage. We only had a short time in Newport but loved the time we had there. Enjoying the deck, watching the sunset wiuld be hard to beat. So beautiful!

Excellent stay, 10 minute walk to the beach and very quiet! Equipped with everything you need to keep you comfortable for a few days. We were happy the shower was so warm and the bed was comfy. Extremely clean despite the naturey area (prone to bugs) and everything worked properly. The space is small so I wouldn’t recommended more than 2 adult bodies (and one infant), the space fills quickly. We did enjoy the grill and the beautiful flowers! No issues with the WiFi which is always appreciate. Thank you for having us!

This house is a little slice of heaven, the yard and firepit 🔥 is lovely and peaceful. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocled and there are great books. I highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay. Very cozy and incredible views with easy beach access. Pet friendly place, so a corner of the couch smelled a bit like dog, but otherwise immaculate. Doug is a wonderful host.

A fantastic stay for a trip to the coast! More secluded location, but still minutes from the beach made for a very peaceful stay. Wonderful spot for a stay with kids ir dogs. Note that there is actually MORE space than is shown in the listing.

We loved Stanley's cozy coastal cottage. It was right next to the main street of Manzanita. Super convenient to run to the store for anything we needed, or to a cute restaurant or wine bar. Conveniently located near beach access so we were able to see the ocean throughout the day. The beds were extremely comfy and we loved having a cozy fireplace and open living room/kitchen to hang out in. We will definitely be back!

The place is exactly as advertised -- a funky bar with a kitchen and some beds. Pool, air hockey, and video games were all fantastic. It was a fun way to spend a few days.

Beautiful home and view of the ocean. The location was very central to everywhere we went.

I love how they updated the home, but yet preserved the iniquity of the home in the kitchen area and other spaces. The view is great and it is a very comfortable space. Bed was comfortable in the spare room.
