We spent a week at this charming and cozy getaway, and it wasn't nearly long enough! This is the perfect lakeside cottage with amazing views and so many spaces to relax. The back deck was our favorite place - perfect for early morning coffee or cooking out and chilling in the evenings. The house is right on the water (we were even able to fish directly from the bank, but that may have been because the lake was up) and the boat ramp is just a couple of minutes down the road. The bed was super comfortable, the living room was cozy, and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and everyone we ran into was so friendly, it felt like we'd been there for ages. Our host was incredibly responsive and friendly, this is honestly one of the best rental experiences we've had and we're already looking for an excuse to go back!

Not only was our stay amazing at Karla's Cottage, but it was Keith who made it absolutely over the top. We originally wanted to have a Roaring Twenties murder mystery dinner party for my 30th birthday and had message Keith to see if he would be willing to host our family. He got back to me within minutes and allowed us to come meet and see the place, which was beautiful and perfectly decorated. After he approved us coming, he worked with us to help us rent the night before at a different rate as a gift. It didn't end there! When we pulled up to check in, there were lawn letters spelling out "Happy 30th Birthday Dani!" We were absolutely thrilled with how everything went and with how responsive and accommodating Keith was from beginning to end. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay!
