Monthly Rentals in Cape Cod Bay

We really enjoyed our stay in Dan’s studio! The space was very clean and filled with thoughtful accommodations. Dan was very responsive and offered to bring down anything we needed - though the studio was very well stocked. The bathroom is spacious and had ample supplies, towels, etc. I especially loved the double sinks and that the shower pressure was strong. We didn’t have time during our trip to really cook but the kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home. The mattress and bedding were quite comfortable and kept us warm which is always something I look for (it was also really easy to adjust the temperature in the space). Additionally, while I appreciated the ample heads up about the potential noise, we didn’t hear a single thing during our stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Rebecca could not have been a more gracious host. In the days leading up to our stay she was responsive to questions and had lots of recommendations. When we got there she had some gifts and flowers waiting and the house was exactly as advertised. Additionally, we had a medical issue and had to leave a bit early and she was extremely accommodating of our change in plans. Would definitely stay there again.

Derek’s cozy cottage was wonderful. Near the Bourne Bridge, and near a local breakfast joint and beach, it was a great location for the wedding I came down to the Cape for. Everything was clean and well maintained, and small touches - antibacterial hand soap, window covers, complimentary tea, blanket on the sofa, were all much appreciated touches. I’d definitely recommend it without reservation to anyone looking for a small cottage in the area.

This little apartment was a beautiful and peaceful place to stay after a long day of driving. The hosts are super friendly and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and would stay again!
