On the road, a short walk to a nature preserve, there is a path to the beach. This is a very peaceful and quiet location.

Pond is great for swimming, boating and fishing. There are lots of mountain biking and walking trails from the cottage. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join. Dining and Cape beaches are close as well as Rail Trail.
