What an absolutely fantastic find - truly a gem. We loved the house which suited us all to a tee! A haven of peace & calm just perfect to relax in. We all felt very much at home here. The welcome pack you gave us was very generous & we thoroughly enjoyed it all! It was very kind & made a lovely start to our break. It was so delightful to be only a short distance from the centre of Lincoln & the various places we visited during our stay. Thank you so much to you both.

Really nice place to stay. I'd highly recommend this for a single traveller (it would be great for a couple too). I'll definitely look to stay again with Wendy next time I'm in Lincoln. The location is on a quiet suburban road with a good well marked and well used footpath into Lincoln. I also walked out south via the wood to Bracebridge Heath, Branston and onto Washinborough then back along the Witham to Lincoln which was a long but very nice walk. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby to stock up too. The accommodation itself is very nice, everything was spotless, the kitchen had everything I needed (the dishwasher was useful) and to be able to sit on the patio just outside the bedroom reading in the sun was a nice touch. Wendy checked everything was OK via the app so I felt looked after yet still private. This is the first time I've used Airbnb so I hope other accommodation will keep the standards as high as this.

Lovely cottage, clean and comfortable, as described. Beautiful quality furniture and pretty garden. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent pub food just around the corner, and easy to get to Lincoln and surroundings. Tracy made it clear that we could contact her at any time. The only thing we felt it good to be aware of particularly if you have members in your party with accessibility issues as we do is that there is no parking attached, so pot luck in finding spaces nearby. We enjoyed our stay and the location was well placed for our needs.

This Airbnb is in an amazing spot in Lincoln, so central and on the same street as bus and train stations so it’s ideal for getting around. The apartment was perfect, was clean and comfortable. Loved the fact it had a washing machine. The host was very kind and had good response times, had even brought me some portable heaters personally to use after I expressed a concern! I’d definitely stay again I loved my time here, such a lovely little apartment in an amazing location.
