Be careful, however, with the stairs, which are a little steep, you have to take your time, especially when going down. We absolutely loved our stay in Manon's apartment! It had everything we needed and was really peaceful. It was very clean, and we really appreciated the bits that Manon left for us (milk, bread, pastries, butter, jam, juice, water etc.). We walked to the metro in 10 mins, which then only took a few mins to reach the centre of Rouen. The apartment has an Intermarche supermarket 1 min walk away. We would definitely recommend this place! One thing to note, if you're not from France, is that you need to order a Crit'Air sticker from the French Government website a few weeks before you go, as Rouen is a low emissions zone.
