Excellent family stay with 2 children (1 year and 3 and a half years) in this very beautiful house. I can only recommend Laure's house, which is totally suitable for small children (no stairs, garden, washing machine, baby bed and high chair). Welcome gift, impeccable cleaning, garden/terrace all around the house and beach a 10-minute walk: everything is perfect and thought out for a pleasant stay. Laure is lovely and very responsive, thank you again we will probably come back 😊

My spouse and I spent a long weekend at Matthieu's place. The accommodation is very clean, good bedding, and well arranged for its size. Convenient for 2 people. Matthieu is attentive to the needs of his guests. I would recommend this cozy little place.

Pleasant stay, very well-equipped house, peaceful place a few hundred meters from the center of the village of St Cyprien. Very pleasant outdoor areas: terrace, heated pool (depth around 1.20 m), particularly relaxing hanging bed. St Cyprien beach is very accessible by bike (bikes available) or a little more than 30 min walk. Supermarket nearby by car.

We had a great time at Gregory's beautiful villa! Very well-equipped house as described. Modern, functional, a very well-appointed exterior (plants and pool) and quiet … everything you need for a good relaxing vacation! The location is ideal for visiting the area! Gregory is responsive and concerned about the well-being of the tenants! Thanks also to his sister who welcomed us very warmly! We highly recommend this listing and if the opportunity to return to the area arises we will happily go back!

A lovely house, very private because of the enclosed garden. Nice spaces and very well equipped in every way. The kitchen was also very nice. Children are also visibly welcome. Very welcoming reception and clear communication. We felt right at home and enjoyed it very much!

House as described, clean and with all the comforts necessary for a short or long stay. Peaceful neighborhood. I would still recommend curtains, not being used to people looking in.

We had a great time at Frack's place. He was available, very responsive and gave good advice, especially to help me find a kite course — a real plus! The house is great: spacious, clean, well-equipped, with large rooms and everything you need for a family stay (bed and baby seat available). It is located on the edge of the garrigue, which gives a feeling of absolute calm, as if lost in the middle of nature, while remaining close to the village. Leucate is a 10-15 minute walk with good little restaurants and an excellent bakery. The wild part of the pond is accessible in 5 minutes by bike (or 10-15 minutes on foot) for beautiful walks along the water. The sea is a 5-10 min drive away, whether it's Leucate Plage or La Franqui. I would 100% recommend it for family vacations, in a beautiful environment! Thanks again Franck, we should come back!

Small perfect stay, the accommodation matches the photos, very clean, very nice, close to amenities and the beach, quiet neighborhood, host who responds quickly. I recommend it!!

We had a pleasant stay, the house is very well equipped. The exteriors are perfect furnished, the pool is very nice and we loved the boulodrome. You can also go there with children, everything is there to allow them to have a great holiday. I'd be happy to go back.

We had a great week in Collioure. The house is somewhat up the mountainside from the city, and you have good opportunities to relax in and around the house. There are also good hiking opportunities up in the mountains. The house had many zones where you could relax and enjoy the sun and the view down towards the city. The air conditioning also helped keep the temperature in low even on hot days. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and practical. We often made dinner ourselves in the house. The host was also very helpful in making all the equipment, spices and other food available for us. The pool was often used for cooling on hot days. Otherwise it is just a short ride to the center of Collioure or Argeles-sur-Mer to enjoy the beach life and restaurants there. Uber and bolt were reluctant to drive up and one should be able to master some French language to connect with local taxi. Recommend having a car available. On the property there is a peacock, which can get something close. The hosts are very easy to deal with and help with everything.

Beautiful house, perfect for families with kids. We were three families with three children each. Beautiful fenced pool. Lots of toys, football goal, slide, swing, etc. Large super furnished kitchen. Large living space and nice comfortable terrace. We felt very comfortable. Guillaume was very nice and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend

Awesome, well-equipped villa in a private and safe area with short distance (walking distance) to food shops, restaurants, sandy beach and tennis court. However, it was convenient to have a rental car. All the descriptions matched and met all expectations. Attentive and very friendly host who cared for our enjoyment. Good follow-up in advance and during your stay. Toddlers such as extra towels and linens were fixed quickly and kindly, the host and consiergen gave us great tips on dining and attractions and patiently responded to all our questions. We'd love to come back.

We stayed for 2 weeks in Anais and Laurent's house, one word: exceptional! The house is brand new and modern (functional and tastefully decorated). It fits perfectly with the photos. The pool is a real plus, being also very well appointed. Hosts are very kind and available (before and during the stay). Thank you so much, it was a pure relaxing time. Highly recommend and hope to come back for a future vacation.

A great house! We have enjoyed comfort and surroundings. Swimming pool with good sun loungers, nice seating and space for our mountain bikes. We regularly used the gas BBQ/Grill plate and sat delicious dining at the large table outside. The kitchen was clean and equipped with every comfort, large American fridge with ice maker, good dishwasher, Nespresso machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The living room was spacious, cool due to the air conditioning and had a lovely sofa! The bedrooms were also clean, with air conditioning and plenty of closet space. Bathrooms also clean and tidy. 5 min away from the lake, where we cycled, ran or walked or a drink and a bite to eat at one of the nice restaurants. With the sporting activities, the washing machine with large drying grinder was very nice. Bakery and supermarket are 5 minutes away by bike, large Intermarche 10 minutes away (by car). Florence is a very pleasant host and also Alex, Sahra and Anna are very nice and likeable.

Since everything was fine in your house, I was very happy to replace the cups so that everything is in order.:-)For us 2 with dog, the house was suitable. Unusual for us Germans the small beds - but that is in the description. The interior is all great as described. The stairs are very steep, you should also know that - you should be fit. The location - wow, just great. The view of the sea and the tranquility. But it was also pre-season and nothing was happening. Brioche, our dog also gives a thumbs up and heart as a rating. Alain, you have found and created a little paradise. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you.

We were there with two families (teenage children) and had a very good time. Nice bedrooms, large TV and beautiful swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook well there. The house is in a very quiet suburb and you will need a car to go out and about. There is much to do in the area. We went to Collioure and Figueres and went for an afternoon of canyotels. Top vacation! Oh yes the communication with the owner Isabelle went very well.

Our stay at Valérie's was, quite simply, our favorite Airbnb experience to date. Valérie herself was incredibly gracious, meeting us upon arrival and patiently showing us around. Her communication was always fast and clear. The home was an absolute dream—exactly what my wife, our 1-year-old, and I needed. The pool is the perfect size and has a convenient closing feature, which was great for early June weather. Inside, the house is not just impeccably clean, but everything is also incredibly well-maintained with no signs of wear or tear. It truly felt like our own home, which is such a rare and wonderful feeling. The size was perfect for us, and it's well-equipped for any length of stay. I genuinely hope to return; it's the absolute perfect Airbnb and has inspired me to make my own home just as lovely!

We had an extremely relaxing holiday while staying at the apartment. Bruno and Stephanie made sure we had everything we needed and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The sea view from the large terrace is spectacular and provides a sun trap for sun worshippers but enough shade throughout the day for those who have to take more care. It's a short walk to the shared pool, which was gloriously warm and most of the time we had this to ourselves. The location is so peaceful. The area is hilly though so not appropriate for those less mobile.
