You will struggle to find a better host than Lea. You can tell she values her guests’ experience above everything else. She could not have been more accommodating before, during and after our stay. The accommodation itself was lovely, we loved having drinks and meals outside in the garden, and making use of the barbecue. The back was south/west facing so lots of afternoon and evening sunshine, plus it was nice and private. The quality and attention to detail of the barn and decor was fabulous. We have never stayed anywhere that included such a wonderful welcome hamper. It was a 15 minute drive to clean and quiet, dog friendly beaches at Chapel Point and surrounding, and we enjoyed a long walk around the Gunby Hall national trust site which had beautiful floral gardens. Lea offered further local recommendations that we unfortunately didn’t have time for. We would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay again.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at The Little Barn. From the moment we booked the barn Sarah was attentive and welcoming. The barn was exactly as shown in the pictures and we made good use of the outside seating area in the evenings. This stay was relaxing and gave us a chance to explore the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing property, amazing location, amazing host, this retreat did what it said on the tin, a real home from home. Stunning garden views from the property. Best kept garden i've ever seen at an Airbnb We booked this propety as we have a greyhound, the front and rear gardens are totally enclosed, which is just what you need for a loved family pet. Plenty of space, seating in the kitchen, and ample space in the lounge for a large dog bed. Bedroom was spacious for two, the bed was super comfy. Shower and was just perfect. Sarah our host was always available when required, I couldn't fault anything and i really have to say it's 5 Gold Stars from us!
