Perfect spot for a nights stay on Bowen. Very quaint little cottage equipped with all you need for the night. Comfy linens, great coffee set up and a nice little gas fireplace on the deck. Shared bathroom with the main house which is made very comfortable. 2 very cute chickens and some kitty’s. Catherine is responsive and accommodating.

We’ve been home for 2 weeks and I’m still thinking back to our stay at Wildwood. The perfect balance of off the grid but not sleeping in the dirt. Cabin was pristine, perfectly outfitted for 2 people. Reg kindly delivered fresh ground coffee when we went through our supply after a cozy, rainy morning in. Airbnb’s that are dog friendly can tend to be a little lax on the cleaning, this was not the case here. Super clean and fresh. In two nights we enjoyed the wood burning sauna, fire pit, and beach nearby plus great local food. Long story short - book it. Trust me. You need it.

Thank you for letting us stay at this beautiful retreat! The main living room made it feel like we were immersed in nature even with the patio doors closed! Clean, tidy, comfortable, and easy to communicate with the host!

My partner and I stayed with our dog at The Escape Pod - would highly recommend. Hosts were amazing and responsive, and the place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Would highly recommend, and we will be back for sure!

We had a fantastic few days of history hunting and relaxing at Shoal Bay. Around 1890, up to five thousand people lived here. Mark and Cynthia, the two remaining residents, were very friendly, and kindly offered us the best cabin, which was superb! We look forward to returning. It’s an incredible place!

I love my stays at the bunkie, the place & environment is very welcoming. I always sleep well as the mattress is heavenly!

What a dreamy place to stay! We loved it. So stylish, comfortable and thoughtfully laid-out. Every detail was considered. The views are incredibly beautiful, the host is so responsive and considerate and it is just so comfortable. We loved the amazing windows and surrounding forestry. Near to Alice’s Coffee which was scrumptious and a nearby mini-horse farm. Bird watcher’s paradise. We loved our stay and would happily return and for longer. Obsessed with the decor!

Peaceful, rustic, and completely off the grid. Just what we needed to slow down and breathe. We spent our time on the porch, watching the sunset paint the sky while listening to the soothing sounds of nature—geese calling in the distance, frogs croaking nearby, birds chirping in every direction. No city noise, no rush—just pure, simple quiet. The perfect place to disconnect and truly recharge.

A great experience. Ulrike’s cottage was a perfect blend of character and charm: the beds were comfy, the view incredible (especially from the tower - what a great feature!) and everything was clean and well-considered. Even though our second day was cold and rainy, it was the perfect place to get cozy by a fire and unwind. A great stay and a great host - we hope to come back some day.

I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Kim’s retreat is simply amazing. The little retreat is nestled in nature and everything there you need from a sauna,fire pit and the beautiful falls, even a platform with chairs and a propane fireplace to sit back and relax and admire those falls. it’s just beautiful the way everything is done. We loved our stay so much! I didnt want to leave! The tiny house was clean, cozy, sweet, relaxing and very comfortable! We used the paddle boat, sauna, hottub, firepit and relaxed on the front deck. Thw spot is so relaxing and peaceful! It was a quiet spot, friendly neighbors. Pat was super responsive with questions. The tiny house had everything we needed and more. I had a hard time leaving. 2 nights wasnt long enough! Thanks for providing this little spot. Its absolutely perfect!!!

Immediate first impressions I LOVE IT! It gives all the vibes! Let’s see how the rest of the stay goes… not one complaint yet even allowed a hour early check in! A few days later and I must say it has been exceptional. The place was very nice and clean, private, safe and close to a lot of tourist attractions. Any questions we had was answered within minutes! And the jacuzzi was a plus ! We loved it. Thank you for having us I would highly recommend it to anyone. Only thing to note is the occasional bugs here and there but that was expected !

Neither of us wanted to leave. The Bunkie is well appointed, cozy, tastefully decorated, spotless and smelled so good 😊 You can feel the love put into its restoration. We made use of the games and rainy day activity questions…we talked for hours as we watched the beautiful sunset over the bay. It’s a perfect little get away to refresh, relax and reconnect. Had an incredible stay at this countryside cabin! If you’re looking to escape the noise of the city and truly relax, this is the place. The cabin is tucked away in a private, scenic area surrounded by nature – no neighbors in sight, just the sound of birds and rustling There was even a private outdoor deck and fire pit, perfect for evenings under the stars. Highly recommend for couples, solo travelers, or anyone needing a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home. I’ll definitely be returning!

absolutely beautiful location, me and my wife loved our luxurious stay at the saltwater retreat. we enjoyed the sauna and Japanese tub. we drank our coffee by the ocean and watched the boats go by. it felt very private, like we had our very own spa. host was great, very responsive and helpful, clear instructions. house was stocked with cooking oil and spices, shampoo and conditioner and more! very nice location. very close to town to pickup groceries and see the sights, host provided helpful recommendations to local eats and hikes. would love to return one day!!

Chris and Katie were very prompt in responding to an issue during check-in, which shows they are highly reliable hosts. The Bluestone provided a stay was very cozy and peaceful. It had everything my fiancé and I were looking for in a getaway from the busy city life. Would love to return again someday.

My friend and I stayed for a night at Adrienne and Jason’s tiny house in Chilliwack, and we had such a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt cozy, peaceful, and thoughtfully arranged. The place was spotless, and even though it’s a tiny house, it had everything we needed—clever use of space, comfortable bedding, and a surprisingly roomy feel. Adrienne and Jason made sure we felt at home without being intrusive. You can really tell they’ve put a lot of care into the space and into making their guests feel comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and relaxing, which made it a perfect little escape from the city. We honestly wished we had booked another night! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and peaceful stay in Chilliwack. We would love to visit again. Thanks again, Adrienne and Jason!
