Vacation rentals with a balcony in Campo nell'Elba

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The location, as well as the view, are unbeatable. The communication was very straightforward and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and nicely decorated. We slept well (even if the road could be heard very well because of the traffic in the center, no problem with Oropax). Kitchen is super equipped. The bathroom is also very modern and practical. We enjoyed our stay — happy to come back. (PS: The pizzeria vis à vis "Mister Torta" is highly recommended, we had the best pizzas several times. The new restaurant "Ferrigna", which is only a 3‘ walk away, is also highly recommended for the classic but modern cuisine of Elba!)

It was a pleasent stay at Casa le Pitte. Very quiet and peacefull place. Alot of privacy. Very kind owner who speaks English very well, she gave us plenty advices to visit a beautiful places on island. I appreciate for opportunity that we were allowed to come earlier od the first day in the apartment. We had our dog with us without any problem. Location is a good spot for different bike trails. Market, gas station is quite near. I would defenetly recomend to choose this place to stay at Elba.

The house is located on the second floor of a charming building surrounded by greenery, located on a raised area that guarantees a beautiful view of Marina di Campo. The location is excellent and allows you to easily reach the nearby town, strategic to move quickly to other places of interest. The apartment is great for a vacation of 2-3 people and consists of a living area with kitchen, double bedroom (with single bed in addition) and bathroom. The house is also equipped with a spacious terrace equipped with dining table and seating, thus allowing the opportunity to eat outside enjoying the view of the sea. It should also be noted that there is a large parking lot inside the structure and the air conditioning, a fundamental service to face the hottest days. The real added value of the vacation, however, were definitely the owners of the property, of a unique kindness and always available. Highly recommended!

Simple, but clean and cozy house, its strong point on the exterior immersed in a shaded pine forest overlooking the sea and an outdoor fireplace. Gentle and hospitable to welcome. I recommend.

A beautiful, perfectly maintained place with a truly unique atmosphere – almost like living in an art gallery for a few days. The heated pool was just perfect. The hosts communicated quickly and were very kind and attentive. The only small thing we could suggest is improving the kitchen equipment – a few more utensils or tools would be helpful. But it was not a problem for us, as we found everything we needed in the nearby shop. All in all, it was a great experience. We absolutely recommend it!

Quietly located villa with beautiful views. Good location for walks nearby, but a car required. Friendly, quiet dogs and a cat on the property who sometimes keep you company on your terrace.

our week-long stay was very positive. The apartment on 2 floors had everything you need, clean and comfortable. Very friendly and hospitable family staff. Flexible check-in: we were able to access it already in the early morning. Strategic place to get to the most beautiful areas of the Maremma.

Our stay exceeded expectations! Relaxed environment, beautiful view, apartment equipped with all comforts. The city center, reached by car, is a few minutes away and very lively. We'll definitely be back!

Very good stay. Breathtaking view. Very nice accommodation, pool and terrace

Very spacious house with well-kept surroundings and large swimming pool surrounded by nature. Large and very well equipped kitchen with barbecue. Large bedroom with air conditioning and shower/toilet with good insect protection on the windows. Everything clean and well maintained. We were two families with four children between 9-12 and enjoyed the holidays very much.

House as described, one hundred of Capoliveri are very close but at the same time a quiet and peaceful area, characterized by a series of villas. The first beaches are easily accessible in minutes. The house has a nice outdoor space, a large kitchen with everything you need, spacious rooms and large closets. I really recommend it, the only downside is the cost of cleaning, a little higher than the average.

We had a wonderful time on Elba and highly recommend the place! The views from the apartment to the sea are just fantastic – looking at the sea every morning was a dream. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Especially the kitchen was well equipped! The location is nice and central, so you can quickly get to the surrounding towns, but still have your peace. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. Elba itself is fantastically beautiful, we will definitely be back!

Top accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Great terrace with great views. Air conditioning/heating in 3 rooms. Everything quite new and nicely renovated. A little far to the beach/restaurant - but did not bother us. I would like to express special thanks and praise to the local host. Accommodations in front of the Portofferaio pier, great location if you are on foot; small house, very cozy, in the agency you must pick up and return the keys but it is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation; very clean house upon arrival
