This colonial neighborhood was built by Spanish immigrants, merchants, and businessmen in the 17th and 18th centuries.

Spacious colonial style house in a quiet area of the center. It has a kitchen, laundry room, an interior patio and a large backyard with garden. Both bedrooms have A/C and full bathroom. Pets are allowed in the outdoor areas of the house and in the living room, kitchen and dining room, as long as the furniture is preserved. Pets are asked to be kept out of the bedrooms. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of their pet's waste.
