Absolutely loved our stay here! If you're someone who enjoys being close to nature and traveling with your dog, this place is perfect. The surroundings are peaceful and green. Fabiola was super friendly and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The house rules were clear and straightforward, which made the whole experience stress-free. We felt really welcomed and comfortable the entire time. All in all, a great stay—we’d definitely come back!

Hillary's home was so cozy, beautiful, and just overall a wonderful place to visit. Beds super comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need and more. The view of the lake was so beautiful. I could go on and on.... Hillary is so easy to get along with. Answers all questions and gives great advice of the area and things to do and see. Overall Fantastic! Christ's local convience store has everything!! Our stay was terrific.

What a great place to unwind and reconnect with nature. I slept better than I have in ages. The sound of the ocean water making contact against the rocky Maine coast will put your mind at ease. I loved getting up early and watching the sun rise. Also taking the stairs just past cottage #8, and collecting sea glass on the beach is so much fun. I have been coming here for years and I highly recommend staying at these cottages

We had a great stay at this property. The views were beautiful and the location was quiet and private. Our host was very helpful and friendly, providing us with useful local recommendations & directions. The house was comfortable and cozy - perfect for 3-4 people. We enjoyed our time here and would have loved to stay longer. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Bay Meadow Cottages is the perfect home base for a trip to the island. It’s close to everything and yet you have a private retreat to escape the noise of downtown. They also provide great recommendations! My wife and I loved it and would recommend it to anybody traveling to the area.

We had a great stay at the cottage, it was the perfect size for two people. We loved going down to the water to explore tide pools and seeing the lighthouse.

Our stay was very nice, comfortable and the cottage well supplied. The cottage was very cozy with plenty of room. We liked how quiet the place is and could sit outside and enjoy the nice day. Close to town and restaurants and all that Acadia has to offer. We hope to be back again. Thanks Robin & Dirk.

This was by far the best AirBNB experience we’ve ever had. The house was spotless and had everything we needed and more. It was comfortable, private and clean. The views of the lake are unmatched. Cute little cabin in the woods!! Super clean, check in was very easy. Nichole was very easy to communicate with. The cabin was perfect for a quick weekend. We would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed this cottage in Blue Hill. The owner was incredibly responsive when our plans changed so we arrived a day early, and we really appreciated his flexibility. The cottage is very peaceful and we never heard any outside noises at all. My son really liked looking for the pigs in the morning. The beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The bedrooms do not technically have doors, but they’re so far apart that this was not an issue at all - they are separated by two floors.

We had an amazing stay at Jason’s place despite a (mostly) rainy Memorial Day weekend! We still found plenty to do including inside the Airbnb, outside at the pond, and locally at all of the great restaurants/breweries/nature around. We also made it out to Acadia two of our days. I will say, the trip took longer than advertised (about an hour to get to the edge of the park), but was a pleasant enough ride. We also had our two dogs staying with us and we all felt right at home! Jason was a very responsive and helpful host as well - you can’t go wrong with this peaceful retreat on the pond!

The most beautiful place, exceeding all expectations. The views are spectacular. We breathed in peace and tranquility. A fabulous place to celebrate my 80th birthday with the whole family -- 16 of us. Everyone was comfortable in the space. In addition to being the perfect host, Samantha provided surprise extras which was such fun! Just a few of the highlights: S'mores at the firepit, lobster dinners, seals, bald eagles and fireworks. She made our stay truly memorable. My family gives the place the highest recommendation.

Spent quite a while here for work and saw winter turn to spring. What an amazing place to stay! Right on the water, great views, and it’s so peaceful. Thanks Craig for being so flexible! Everything was up to par and then some. I hope to come back in the summer sometime and enjoy it again!

This house has a beautiful view of the lake!! The complementary water activity’s are worth booking!! We enjoyed our stay and will come back!! Make sure to walk out on the dock at night and look at the stars!!

We stayed here our last night while visiting Acadia. Super cute little cabin! We loved that they had a common space in the main house that was full of supplies and very welcoming. Would stay here again!

We had a great two nights here and enjoyed the hot soak and the sauna. It was near many amenities and also felt very removed. Matt’s was attentive without being intrusive, making sure our stay was perfect and the escape we hoped it would be.

Adorable cottage, newly renovated. Perfect for two with an open space loft for one more. Kitchen is well stocked right down to the coffee. A good location if visiting Fort Knox, Mt. Barrie and not too far from Bar Harbor if that is on your list. Great stay, highly recommend. Beautiful view and private.

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs across the country and I’m not exaggerating when I say that Lydia’s place was one of the cleanest and most well-maintained homes that we’ve been in. The property and scenery are breathtaking. The numbers of birds and chipmunks that entertained us while we sat on the back deck was surprising. We ate all of our meals with the exception of lunches at the cabin and had everything we needed to prep and cook our food. This trip was all about relaxing and Lydia’s home was everything we needed.
