Absolutely loved our stay here! If you're someone who enjoys being close to nature and traveling with your dog, this place is perfect. The surroundings are peaceful and green. Fabiola was super friendly and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The house rules were clear and straightforward, which made the whole experience stress-free. We felt really welcomed and comfortable the entire time. All in all, a great stay—we’d definitely come back!

What a wonderful spot! Gorgeous, quiet pond and relaxing wood fired sauna. Rheanna is a super responsive and helpful host. We'll be back! Just FYI - this cabin is a "three season" structure. Although it was super comfortable, it felt a little more like camping than we originally expected with some cool nights and mornings, a few insect frinds, and a short walk to the shared bathrooms and kitchen area.

Great stay for our family of 5 adults and 3 toddlers! Lots to do and great proximity to Acadia/Bar Harbor. House was well supplied with clear instructions. Brady also connected with us before the stay and kept in touch for anything that came up as a concern. Thank you!

Highly recommend John's place. Perfect location - could walk to beach and get to other areas quickly. John was an excellent host. There to answer any questions, wasn't intrusive, and made a mean cup of coffee. Having the coffee shop next door was a HUGE perk! Place was spotless upon arrival and check in was seamless. I was pleasantly surprised that the place was larger than I expected. The primary suite had a a bonus seating area that I don't believe I saw in the photos as well as a small room on the first floor that had a daybed. We will surely be a repeat customer.

Colleen is a wonderful host who was kind enough to bring us a lovely breakfast, local and even treats for our pup. The view from this seaside cottage is nothing short of spectacular and you’re right on the doorstep of some of the most scenic coastlines of Acadia National Park. The cottage is rustic but we felt right at home and were so touched by all of the thoughtful extra touches like snacks, fresh cut flowers, and a fridge stocked with water, sports drinks, and cheeses. It really was a treat and we hope to return soon!

We loved our stay! Everything was as described and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook several meals. The view is absolutely beautiful from all parts of the house and we loved the outdoor amenities. Lucy was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations! Would love to come back!

So peaceful but off season. So not sure how it would be with lots of traffic and people. But the private deck and entrance was wonderful. The water view couldn’t have been more up close and personal with the beautiful harbor. The place was clean and cozy. Perfect lighting. Didn’t watch tv once. A convenient common room for extra supplies or a cup of coffee. Staff was very friendly when we were checking out. No front desk attendant and none needed. They answer messages quickly!

Such an amazing and clean stay! Heather was so kind and responsive! So happy to find this space. Very close to everything, and a gorgeous view of the bay! We felt so safe in the area, even to go for a run as a woman alone. Thanks so much for accommodating us😊

Our stay at the beach house was great! You couldn't be closer to the water! So much fun kayaking, floating and swimming in the lake! House is much better than the pictures do it justice. For a 2 bedroom house its very big and spacious, beds were extremely comfortable. The no wifi was a little bit of a downer but there were plenty of board games to play. There is some street noise but not bad at all. Would most definitely recommend if you are looking for waterfront property. The access to the resort pool was a plus too for the kiddos!

A few times while wandering around midcoast Maine in late March, we were asked if this is when we usually came to vacation here. Yes, we are educators from the Southwest, and this was our spring break, so this is when we came to visit, but honestly, it is so peaceful this time of year. Especially Boothbay Harbor, and what we imagined while walking around the very quiet town would be a very different place in July! Our experience at Abby’s space was absolutely wonderful and serene in the spring. The thoughtful touches (thank you for the bottle of Maine wine and jar of blueberry jelly!) made it even more special. Thank you, we hope to be back one day.

My return visit to the Boathouse was even lovelier than I hoped it would be. The location can't be matched by anything else I've seen. I enjoyed a September visit with my dog and was lucky to have pristine weather. I lived a very simple and healthy outdoors life and came home the better for it. The Boathouse is true to its description: it is simple and rustic and uncomplicated but well-equipped, and is perfect for one-and-dog, or for two people. A little coming-and-going from the neighboring houses meant that I didn't feel isolated. Margaret is truly an exceptional and friendly host who communicates promptly and clearly. I almost hesitate to share "my" Boathouse location with too many of my back-home friends because it feels so intimate and special. I already want to be back there. I offer my deep thanks to Margaret and to the place that I could - briefly - call home.

Beautiful home and amazing atmosphere if you love sitting by the water!! If you like waking up and looking out to Beautiful Sebago Lake, listening to the boats go by and sitting with nature this house is for you!!! Jessica and Adam's home is perfect for a family getaway! We had a wonderful week with Brian's condo as a "home base" - we truly felt at home. It was chock full of small and big touches (toiletries/supplies! paper goods! plentiful sheets and towels! beach towels! to name a few) and surprises (generous snacks greeting us on arrival) that made us feel spoiled. The condo was a great size with an open kitchen/common area and large patio. We were familiar with the area but not Ocean Park Meadows, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely property and amenities (especially the pool, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole) and how well maintained they were. The condo was a quick 2 block walk to the beach, made easy (even with alot of stuff and three kids) with the beach wagon available for our use. Brian was a perfect balance of being proactive, informative, and accommodating while letting us "do our thing". We loved how "our" beach was quiet and nestled between the more bustling OOB and OP areas; the neighborhood, too. We'll be back!

This was such a treasure of a stay and one of the best trips I've had in a long time, thanks to the joys of this beautiful home. It's located along the coast and near the adorable town of Camden, Maine, which we also fell in love with. As soon as you see this house, you will fall in love and walking in the front door to the view of the bay beyond the windows is an experience. The house had everything we needed and more, the beds were very comfortable, the fireplace was easy to use and such a treat, and the kitchen was well-stocked and more spacious than the photos make it seem. Tobias was a fantastic remote host, providing all sorts of recommendations and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They ensured our walk was shoveled immediately after a heavy snow and their family who owns the cooking school next door even offered us a tour during their off-season break. I cannot wait to come back with my mother and sisters.

We had a very nice stay at Mill House! Patrick and Martha were quick to respond to my messages. We had a very rainy weekend and they gave great recommendations to help our stay in Belfast be memorable! The house was clean and comfortable and we loved birdwatching every morning with our coffee on the back deck. Simply beautiful! Thank you for a great stay!

I had an absolutely magical stay at Camp Moonbud. It was just me but I could have fit the family. For starters, it’s on a beautiful lake. The house is cozy and lovingly decorated, high-end linens, well stocked kitchen, and spotlessly clean. They didn’t miss a thing. I was the last visitor of the season and the chill was setting in, mist coming up off the lake in the mornings, and the most beautiful evening sunsets. I can imagine what a joy it must be to be here in the height of summer. The camp is located near to great hiking (I hiked), good food (I ate), and not far from Midcoast or Portland. The proprietors – Amy and Dana - are unmatched. They are responsive and warm and engaged Mainers; they picked up a grocery order for me because I was getting in late the first night, left treats for my morning breakfast, and even invited me to join their Sunday morning running gang! Huge bonus. Left Readfield with a couple of new friends! Highly recommend this gem.

Eric’s place is super cool design-wise. He’s got a terrific design eye! The view is gorgeous. Eric was very friendly and even offered to let us check out late or stay an extra day. While we didn’t have the flexibility to stay, we appreciated the offer. We were the season's first guests, and while the space was mostly clean, I felt the need to vacuum and wipe down countertops when we arrived. It helps that there’s not a lot of “stuff” cluttering up the space, just gorgeous vintage furniture, lamps, and ceramics. I would recommend this space to friends and family, and my family would stay here again. Thanks, Eric, for a lovely stay!

A gem of a place to call home for our visit to ANP! We loved the picturesque views from inside. Being on the quieter side of the island was a treat, and we enjoyed discovering all the different sights. Highly recommend!
