Gavin's guest house was a fantastic getaway for us. Not too far from Melbourne & lots of things to explore within 45 minutes. The local pub & the winery must not be missed too. Buninyong is so underrated. The guest house is so relaxing to stay in. Gavin made us feel so welcome & homely. The welcome pack of fruits, bread, juice, nut, butter & jam makes the stay more special. Great, homely place. On a main street but was super quiet. Place was warm when heater was on, so cosy for cold Ballarat. Super kind host, very welcoming.

Great place to stay! Michelle was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. She was attentive and provided all the information we needed, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and flexible. Overall, we were very happy with the accommodation and would highly recommend it!
