Vacation rentals with breakfast in Calvados

Pleasant stay in Caen, well located rental, quick access to the memorial and the bird hill (less than 10 min by car), a bus stop is at the end of the street with the Leclerc store (less than 5 min walk) the city center nearby, a quiet corner in a very low-traffic street, a responsive host :-), just a small remark a microwave would be a plus ;-). Lise's place was perfect. We only stayed one night, before taking the long road back to our region, but we would love to come back to discover the region of Lise, her welcome and enjoy the tranquility of her accommodation.

We stayed in Thomas’ place for 1 week as a family of 4 with 2 young children. We had the most brilliant week. The accommodation is lovely and spacious and welcoming. My son was delighted by the games and in particular garden/beach toys that we were kindly allowed to use. We were greeted by Thomas’ father who was incredibly kind and showed us around. We were allowed to use the entire garden which was incredible and pick cherries off the cherry trees to eat! The pool is an amazing addition which we had lots of fun in and there were floats left for us to use too. The village is only a short walk away which was ideal with young children and had nice restaurants, a grocery store (with delicious bread, croisssnts and cakes!) and a few shops. We loved the surrounding areas too, Deauville is a very nice town and beach. We would go back in a heartbeat, lovely place and lovely hosts, thank you for having us

we had a pleasant time in a romantic, peaceful cocoon with quality amenities and very well maintained. A pleasant romantic break to get together and get away from everyday life.

The house is very charming and contains everything you need to feel at home, like in a small cocoon. The garden is completely fenced, very convenient for our four-legged animals. Roger was there when we arrived and he was good advice for activities to do around the house. 15 min from the beaches and 20 min from Deauville, perfect for a getaway away from the hustle and bustle of town. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed for one night in this accommodation on the occasion of our first wedding anniversary, after a beautiful day at Mont-Saint-Michel. It went perfectly. The accommodation is really ideal: relaxing, very well-equipped, clean and tastefully decorated. The jacuzzi and sauna are a real plus to relax and enjoy the stay. The calm of the place is very appreciable, and the owner is very kind and welcoming. We recommend it without hesitation!

This is the second time we have stayed at the studio - it's perfectly located close to our friend's home. It's super close to Ouistreham port for Brittany Ferries, the D-Day beaches, and also easy to get to Caen. This summer (2025) the Tour de France will be going close by, this would be the perfect place to stay. Claudine and her husband are very welcoming. The studio is very comfortable, perfect bathroom and small kitchen and lots of light. The breakfast is lovely, very generous french breakfast always with croissants and fresh bread, and sometimes other pastries. Parking is right outside too - you would need a car (or bike! the paths are great) here for sure.

Very nice and pleasant host. Very good accommodation that met all our needs. Nothing to say, everything was perfect. We'll be happy to come back. 😊

We had a great weekend at Emmanuelle's. The duplex is beautifully decorated, with class and taste. A real joy two minutes from the center. We'll go back! Thank you.

We spent a weekend as a couple and were amazed by the setting of the estate, the unforgettable view of the coastline, its mini farm, its tennis court and the accommodation we booked. The Calypso suite is fully equipped and even exceeded our expectations (bose speakers built into the ceiling, led strip in the room, starry sky in the sauna...). Catherine was very responsive and gave us great culinary recommendations around the area. We will come back without hesitation for our next Normandy weekend!

Very nice studio... excellent location in relation to the landing beaches (not too far or too close) and shops. We spent 3 nights there and slept well because it was very quiet.

Very nice stay in this apartment. Ideally located accommodation 2 steps from the beach, all shops nearby. Very nice little patio, ideal for sitting and/or having an aperitif. Julie is a very responsive host in response time.

Coup de coeur! Mary and Phil were perfect hosts: welcoming, available and very attentive to our needs. The bedroom, which has breathtaking views of the bay, is elegantly decorated and very clean. The bedding is perfect. The garden and pool are just as beautiful. And what about the little extra: a delicious homemade breakfast. We will return to this little paradise, offered by wonderful hosts.

We enjoyed our one night stay en route to Bretagne. Pascal was very friendly and we felt very welcome. We enjoyed the cidre and jus de pommes. The garden was perfect for our 3 year old to run around after a long car ride. She liked Pascal very much and they fed the chickens together. The breakfast was good, and we were well rested for the next day of travel.

Wonderful weekend at Claude's, who is a very nice host. The house is beautiful. The children loved the horses on the property. We'll be happy to go back!

This BnB is spectacular! I cannot say enough good things about it! Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Caroline was such a wonderful host. She provided a highchair in the breakfast area and a pack-and-play in our room. Caroline even took the time to provide yogurt at breakfast for our 2-year old, who is less than adventurous eater. Her recommendations for restaurants in the area and tips on how to see the D-Day spots were very helpful. Location wise, this BnB is very close to all of the D-Day sights and a reasonable drive from Mont-Saint-Michel, and yet, is still so peaceful! I wish we would have been able to stay longer and even take a day to relax around the property and spend more time chatting with our host! 12/10, absolutely recommend and would definitely come back again!

A short one-night stay but the place is perfect. It's very clean, very pretty, and peaceful. Malcolm and his wife's hospitality is great! I recommend it 100% for discovering this beautiful Normandy region.

I have been a "regular at Deauville/Trouville for 8 years but it was my first experience in a bed and breakfast. The room is spacious and clear and is on the 2nd floor of a cute house. The paved courtyard at the back is shared with the occupants of the annex also rented. Isabelle is responsive to messages and flexible on check-in and checkout times. Possibility to leave luggage for a few hours after returning the room. Thanks to Isabelle for the chocolate mousse and the bike loan :-)

A pleasant stay in this old farmhouse renovated in the shabby chic spirit. The room is spacious and the bedding comfortable. Floor tiles add charm to the place. Valerie's welcome is excellent and attentive. Freshly squeezed orange juice is served for breakfast. It's very good value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at Jean Luc's place - it was so beautiful and packed full of character. There was plenty of space to relax, including a very retro and cool table football. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were extremely comfy. Jean Luc and his wife made us feel so at home, they made a wonderful breakfast and joined us, entertaining our young son with lots of attention and providing lots of toys. This was a great stay and I would recommend it to everyone!
