Vacation rentals with beach access in Çalış Beach

Muharrems and his wife are the best characters we have ever met on Ab&b. So helpful on anything we asked about. Also gave us some home made yoghurt several times, location of best bread we have ever had in Fethiye. Also bought us some home made Stuffed Vine leaves, really tasty and just like ones I have had before in Crete. Really enjoyable three weeks in May & cannot wait to go back again for three weeks in September/October. Top Notch 👍👍👍

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Great location. 10-15 walk to Calis Beach. Unit was well presented with lots of added extras. i.e air fryer, paper towel, dishwasher plus tablets, extra towels, beach towels Located about 5 km from Fethiye. Bus and water taxi were convenient

We stayed for 2 nights, but we would have liked to extend it even further if it wasn't our travel plan. The view was very nice. The house was spotless and tidy. Absolutely everything you might need has been considered. The host is very attentive and polite. In a quiet, calm, and peaceful neighborhood. I will definitely choose this place if I come back to Fethiye

Daphne Apartments is in great location away form the bustle of the main tourist area, but with easy access to it with a 5 minute walk. Beach is literally on your door step. Lovely pools and sea views from top floor rooms.

Even cuter than the pictures. Place was very clean. Easy check-in and so convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Very walkable. Tufan was quick to respond to any questions I had. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I returned.

Exceptional accommodation on different levels, The Host “Luna” is super friendly and very responsive she just try her bst to make your stay enjoyable and fun. I even asked her for few things after midnight and she was ready to help! It was a last minute booking and I showed up pretty late but Luna was available to make everything easy. ( check in- parking-explanation) Location and views are my fav, I am a fan of Fethiye and been here many times this was the best time in terms of accommodation. I highly recommend this space and Luna.

I had such a fantastic experience staying at this apartment! The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. But what truly made the stay special was the host, Kaan. He was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. From helpful local tips to just being genuinely warm and welcoming, his hospitality made a huge difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Yılmaz Bey is extremely accommodating and friendly. Solved problems right away. The space is always clean, modern and practical. The surroundings are definitely bad without a vehicle to get to the sea or do other activities. We had a car and got everywhere great. I personally recommend the place. We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

Positive aspects; The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The whole place was super clean. The pool was well-maintained and lovely. The garden was very nice, we even picked fresh onions and added them to the meals. The towels and beds were very clean. When you woke up in the morning, the sounds of birds gave you peace. It was nice to have a fireplace and a barbecue. It was in a very safe location. Negative aspects; The lock system of a sun lounger was broken. It got caught in my hand and my finger was seriously damaged. The jacuzzi's fountain didn't work. There was almost no internet connection. Things to work on: The area between the pool and the vegetables is very empty. You can also add or move things there. There is noise as construction continues in the villas next door. It can be preferred after the construction is finished. The carpet in the living room can be changed, there are stains, it is disturbing. My advice to those who will come by navigation is to come to Göcek and take the back road. When you enter from Dalaman, the road is incredibly bad. Apart from all this, it is a place that should be easily preferred and visited.

Great location! The apartment was very clean and the residents of the building were very nice. The bed was comfortable, the balcony had a great view, and the apartment was spacious. The only thing that wasn’t great was the WiFi was not reliable. The hosts were very responsive and quick to help reset the internet, but there were a few times I was unable to connect. Even with the internet issues I’d stay here again.

The house was clean and nice. It was very comfortable to have a toilet and bathroom in both rooms. We had a couple of problems with the water, but they came and solved the problem as we asked.

Mr. Hakan is a good host who responds to messages right away and answers questions clearly, and offered me a clean, tidy, complete, reliable environment as I expected. Thanks for everything

We stayed 9 days in the accommodation and were very, very satisfied. We were received in a very friendly manner and Hayrettin Bey was always available in case there were any issues. The villa is very clean. It would be advisable to come by car or to rent one. The city is only 15 minutes away by car. If you want a relaxing stay, it is ideal.

It’s a very clean house in a good location. The host is very accommodating and explaining how the laundry machine worked. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans and anything else you might need.

We liked the beautiful unit. We rented a car from Enterprise to get around after the 1st day. Recommend Tlos ancient city and get the guy there to guide you around, and pay him 400 TL. Fantastic. Also Patara Beach sand dunes - wow! Free and totally amazing. Do not go to the pay beach also called Patera. It costs way way too much.

We were very happy with our family stay, the site and the environment are very safe and suitable for families. All the items are available in the apartment, and Mr. Oğuz is very friendly and helped us a lot. As far as we can see, it is a neighborhood with summer villas and therefore a little far from the city center. We used the minibuses on our trip. There is a minibus stop 4 minutes away and you can go to the city center from there. As a result, it was a great stay, we would like to thank Mr. Oguz again.

Accommodation better than in the photos, pleasant stay, Mrs. Deniz is very friendly, the instructions for getting to the accommodation are very clear. The beach is accessible by public transport in 10 minutes (even without a car) Everything is nearby Flawless residence. My kids loved the pool.

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

our stay at Ramazan's Villa was great, Very peacefull, relax the villa is in a great location with Markets and restaurants near the area. we had a great time, Ramazan is always available to help and Answer all your needs. this is a great place to stay in your next visit to oludeniz Area. I will deffinately Stay here on my next trip to this beautiful country.

Osman's was ideal for what I needed. He was friendly and helpful and available if I had needed him. The accommodation was spacious and clean with a lovely pool. Ideally, you need a car as it is a bit of a trek to the shops.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

We stayed in Fethiye and absolutely loved it! The place had an amazing sea view and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing. Everything was just as expected, and we’d definitely love to visit again!
