Monthly Rentals in Cala Suaraccia

The place is really great, and I already want to come back. Even though the photos are accurate, the place is much nicer than the pictures tell you. It's a completely furnished appartment, absolutely nothing is missing. Everything is very well kept, and even the kitchen looks brand new. Giovanna also was very flexible with our check in and check out, and she is a really nice and attentive host.

The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

With my partner, we spent the month of May and the beginning of June in this villa surrounded by the beautiful nature of Capo Coda Cavallo. The view from the patio was lovely: sea, hills, mountains, sunsets. The period was ideal, as the masses of tourists still did not crowd this area of Sardinia, so we could enjoy nature, silence, and tranquility (it was exactly what we were looking for). The cottage has a small garden where my cat could happily wander. The scent of jasmine and myrtle was predominant. The house had everything you needed to live comfortably: washing machine, small dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, smart TV, good internet connection. A special thanks to Mr. Nicola, factotum on site on behalf of the owners, who assisted us with every need. Thanks also to the owners who were available and always courteous.

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!
