This two storey suite is designed for couples who wish to spend time surrounded in the beautiful scenery of Snowdonia. This suite is adjoined to our home via an upstairs door. It has a spacious modern kitchen diner on the ground floor with an open plan lounge area to relax and watch the SMART TV. Access to sauna (£10 a session) Privately set in a paddock, ideally located to explore Snowdonia and the beautiful Anglesey beaches. 7 miles from both the royal town of Caernarfon with it's castle and Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon. A spacious 1 bed annex with large living/kitchen dining area, the property is within 5 minutes walk from the town, castle, restaurants, Galeri etc. and 2 minutes away from Lon Las cycle track. The annex has an upstairs bedroom which has a comfortable king sized bed and an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher. Utility room has washing machine and there is also a downstairs toilet. Plenty of on street parking available.

Views of Snowdonia; walk to Menai Straits, Sea Zoo, Foel Farm, Plas Newydd (NT); Menai Bridge 10 mins drive; great restaurants; amazing beaches, near Llandwyn Island. Private patio next to orchard & BBQ area; also use of our large garden. Large trampoline and zip wire. Good for couple or family of 4 (1 gallery bedroom above). Kitchenette.
