Monthly Rentals in Bywater, New Orleans

My partner and I stayed for a month here and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Thom is an excellent host and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. The place is beautiful and is right by the Quarter. There’s so much to do just in walking distance. Thom provided us with a packet filled with a ton of helpful information and recommendations. This is the best place to stay, if you are visiting New Orleans! Anytime we come back, we will be booking with Thom first.

We loved our time at this home in a great, laid back part of New Orleans. The home is very spacious and clean, we loved spending early evenings in the back yard. The bathroom was nice and well supplied and the shower had great water pressure. We didn’t have time to cook, but if you do the kitchen is large and has a great assortment of spices. The beds are bare bones, not the most comfortable and pretty squeaky, but worked just fine. Overall I liked the area and the house had everything we needed.

Very comfortable place to stay in a great location, convenient to everything. Many places to eat, drink, and have fun within a short walk, or short drive. It even had good and easy street parking. Emily and her family were responsive and communicative. They live in the back of the same house which has been subdivided, but I don’t think we ever even heard each other or were aware of someone else in proximity. Kitchenette is tiny but nice to have, bathroom shower is modern and spacious, beds are comfortable. I hope to return the next time I stay in New Orleans.

Suzanna's place is a beautiful renovation of a Bywater Double. Has a full kitchen and bath. It is in best location close to great restaurants, bakeries and bars. It's also very close to the French Quarter. Its fun to just walk around the neighborhood. Suzanna responded immediately to any questions I had. Would definitely book here again. Honestly, didn't want to leave.
