Monthly Rentals in Burton Fleming

Second stay here and the perfect spot for a family weekend away. The outside space was great and the kids played in the garden most of the weekend, nice and handy for nipping into Filey too. Not much in the village itself but this wasn’t an issue for us as we just wanted a base for family time. A few toy boxes of toys there too which was great and saved us taking a load .

We had an excellent family stay at the property. We were welcomed to the property by the hosts, and the wood burner was running so it was nice and toasty on arrival. The hosts had also kindly provided some tasty home made biscuits and muffins. The property is spacious, well equipped and well maintained. Burton Fleming was ideally situated for us for days out (Hunmanby gap, RSPB Bempton Cliffs, Burton Agnes Hall, Sewerby Hall). The village has a duck pond as well as a play area, which were ideal for exploring with a toddler.

Very friendly people. And lambs. Really interesting and stunning views walking along the lane. Quiet and all you need.

We had a most enjoyable stay at Milo Cottage. Joanne had thought of everything and the place was spotless. Plenty of cutlery and crockery and everything you needed in the kitchen. Living room was cosy and relaxing. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable with beautiful bed crisp white bedlinen. An advantage was being able to walk to the local pub in the evening for dinner which was very tasty traditional pub food. A very relaxing stay exploring the area. Joanne was a perfect host. We would definitely like to come back.
