This place provides the ultimate relaxing getaway experience. The house is spacious and comfortable and with an awesome fireplace and heaters in the bedrooms you would not know it.was below zero outside in the early morning. Everything you need for cooking is provided, showers are great and beds very comfortable. This is a true farm experience with sheep, working dogs, chickens and a horse coming right up to your fence. The river walk is an easy walk for most fitness levels and the scenery along the way with the flowing river is a very tranquil experience. Indigo is an excellent host and provided excellent communication from the moment we booked. Tristan was always there when we needed to top up the wood and very informative about the property and surrounds. The was the perfect place to spend our 47th wedding anniversary with a glass of bubbles on the covered back deck which has the sun all day. We highly recommend Indigo's place to anybody wanting a unique relaxing holiday.

We stayed a week in the cottage and it was very comfortable. You can’t beat the location - 3 minutes from the airport. I am light sleeper and the planes did not keep me awake but it is right in the airplane flight line. Super close to Launceston. Two hours from Hobart. Almost two hours to Cradle Mountain but both worth the trip. A car is a must! The bed is comfortable and shower is great. Washer and dryer were very handy. A short drive into Evandale with several good restaurants. You could walk but the road is very busy. Even though this is a working farm, we had lots of privacy! Great stay! I would highly recommend for long stays and quiet.

just the little haven we needed after a few remote days in the wilderness. in a beautiful part of Underwood with fruit trees and pademelons around! everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. a fire stove with wood already provided to keep us warm. great hot showers mindful of rainwater usage. thank you for the stay.

A very modern roomy cabin in a great location. We arrived in the dark and missed the entry to the driveway between two other houses a couple of times, but it was very easy after that. Below zero outside on some nights but toasty warm inside from the super efficient fireplace - plenty of firewood. Katie was really helpful, always available by phone, and Chris who lives in the adjacent house was quick to respond when we needed his help on a couple of occasions. Loved Launceston and surrounds, historic Evandale and its markets were a standout, and staying here made for a wonderful week - we’d certainly stay again.
