Monthly Rentals in Burngreave

I usually stay in hotels when attending business meetings with my employees, but a friend recommended trying Airbnb. I decided to give it a shot, and I was not disappointed. This was my first time using Airbnb as a guest, and I was amazed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. The host was very clear, respectful, and communicative. When I asked for local food recommendations, he suggested some good spots, which was incredibly helpful since I was in a hurry and had little time to explore Sheffield during my short stay. The apartment was exactly as described with most of the amenities you could need for a long term stay. Looked well taken care of and was generally clean upon arrival. The location was great and I didn't encounter any problems with external noise - you do hear noise from the corridors such as doors opening/closing although this is largely to be expected. There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom, not sure if this is down to the drains or the ventilation system not working correctly (it didn't seem to be doing anything). The hot water appeared slightly cloudy and white, but likely due to hard water. Lots of storage space, fully equipped kitchen with many appliances and lots of counter space. Many power outlets around the room which was very useful. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any questions I had, and the checkin/checkout process was very quick. Overall great value for money and would highly recommend.

This is such a beautiful property and the attention to detail is first class. The host, Marta was responsive and provided me with very clear instructions for checking in and out. I slept very well on super comfy bed, was provided with towels, kitchen is fully equipped, wi-fi and I felt so relaxed super. I would highly recommend and will most definitely be staying again.

I had a great stay at Bailey Fields in Sheffield. The location was incredibly convenient—close to the university, city centre, shops, and public transport, making it easy to get around. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend your place to my friends!
