With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. Stay in a waterfront loft with your own kayak

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 square meters on a total of two levels with open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with fantastic location and private boat dock. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are available free of charge on the 55" UHD SmartTV. Leipzig's waterways can be explored for a small surcharge with your own 2-seater kayak.

Our bridge house stands directly on the river, where the Saale and Unstrut cycle paths meet. For family & friends, paddling & cycling, wine walking & enjoying. Welcome to the charming country house apartment "Brückenhaus" with balcony, romantic bathroom and fitted kitchen - if you are 2-4 guests. From the bridge house many paths lead to the nearby World Heritage Naumburg Cathedral, the Saale and the Unstrut to castles and vineyards.

Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

My place is close to train station, shopping mall and restaurants, Culture & Art (E-Werk), experimental theatre (German National Theatre), the creek "Ilm", park, city center, Art House Cinema, exhibitions and festivals. You’ll love my place because of the atmosphere and the bright light from 5 big windows, the ambiance, the people you will meet in E-Werk, where you also can chill out & grill. My place is good for couples, small groups and families with kids (baby bed & high chair exist).

Our apartment "Hanoi" is 50 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area. Vacation in the lake cottage "Vierwasser:" the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that your vacation heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop wood burner, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the loft area, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind in the tiny house.

Quiet 2-room apartment (60 sqm) with Saale view It is an apartment on the garden level with a private terrace overlooking the Saale. The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

This property has been lovingly refurbished into a small idyll. If you love charm and not a new building, this is the place to be! Located on a former vineyard, you can look into the green expanse not far from the Saale and the outdoor pool. The 24 square meters have been tastefully furnished and you can expect an outdoor fireplace for cozy evenings, an ethanol indoor fireplace and the experience of enjoying a hot shower under the open sky.
