It is located in a listed building, which was built in 1570th The building has been lovingly restored and renovated with traditional materials such as clay. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has one of the most beautiful views of the Herderplatz. It is bright and sunny. There is a balcony to the back side of the house, belonging to the apartment. Perfect for smokers and in summer.

The apartment is about 40 square meters and is close to nightlife, public transport, parks and the city center. There is plenty of outdoor space, nice people, a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, tranquility and a beautiful environment. My accommodation is good for couples and children, 2-4 people. It is too small for more than 2 adults!!! Baby cot may be available, please ask. TV, coffee maker, Nesspresso machine, kettle, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Wifi can be used!
