Monthly Rentals in Buninyong

Gavin and Rosemary were very gracious hosts - friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. The cottage is very comfortable as represented in the listing photos, only a short walk to shops, restaurants and the local botanical gardens. It is a historically listed country cottage set in a delightful private garden setting complete with very cute peking chooks roaming free. The setup is ideal for a family group or close friends. Gavin and Rosemary provided breakfast provisions which was much appreciated.

A great place to stay with all facilities including kitchen and good heating and electric blankets on the beds to counter Ballarat's 10-12 degree days. Very quite and comfortable and appreciated the heating turned on before we arrived.

Great place to stay. Very private. easy access to Ballarat and surrounds. I'd stay here again. even though it's between 2 highways with accompanying road noise it wasn't bothersome. And Sarah has thought of everything including earplugs if needed. I didnt. I especially like a tv in each room as well as the lounge. Well done Sarah.

Rosie's Cottage was a wonderful place to stay. The property was easy to find, very well equipped with not even a speck of dust, and in peaceful surroundings. We loved walking on the 4WD trail leading from the property, having breakfast at the table on the verandah, watching Netflix on the couch, and cooking in the kitchen. Our dog also loved being able to run off-lead in the enclosed back yard. It was also lovely to meet Sonya when we arrived.
