Beautifully appointed and spacious home on an excellent property. All the amenities you would require on holiday. Perfect if you want to explore the area. The host’s communication was excellent. We would go back any time.

Fran was a great host, the house was well situated close to shops and a short drive from the train station. It was in a quiet area, with not much traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in this area.

If a stay in Chelsea is what you need then this is a good option. Comfortable, spacoius, gererously provisioned. It had a particularly pleasant rear deck for the warmer times. We jad everything we needed and would stay again.

The stay here was perfect. I stayed with my bridal party the night before my wedding and it had everything we needed. Nancy was also very friendly and responsive which made the booking and checking in process seamless.

Lovely air bnb. Justin was great with communicating and letting us extend our check out time by a couple of hours. Location was good but loud when going to sleep on weekends people walking past. Construction was happening next door which we weren’t made aware of so was loud! Workers throwing bricks and tools around.

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse! The views are absolutely stunning, and it was the perfect winter getaway. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace—it made the place feel so cozy. The house is very well equipped for cold weather, with air conditioning and electric blankets in every room, which we really appreciated. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a big bonus for us. The host was incredibly kind and supportive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

What a peaceful and beautiful stay! We felt right at home at the George and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and birds singing in the garden. The house is very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Sandringham is a lovely neighbourhood with a nice beach and just a 30 min train ride into the city. Shari was very kind and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless – very clean and tidy throughout, which made it super comfortable. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. They were also incredibly hospitable and flexible, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. You cannot go wrong al Alieh's lovely place, thank you

Shanil and Olivia were such great hosts, they were super responsive and lovely before and throughout my stay. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotless, and had everything I needed for a solo trip, I also felt really safe as the building has fob access from the main door and also in the lifts so there are only residents allowed inside. The view from the apartment is amazing too even in the rain and it would also be perfect for a couple. The building has a shared gym and pool, both really clean and well maintained, which was such a nice bonus. Location-wise, it's not far from the high street, train station, and local shops, so really convenient. It can get a bit noisy throughout the day with windows open but it wasn’t an issue with windows closed and AC on. The evenings are really quiet and there are barely any cars around. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and hopefully will be back again!

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! From the time I arrived and was greeted by Daniele I felt right at home. The bungalow was just perfect for my needs plus I was allowed to have my cat with me. Everything I needed for a month stay was inside the bungalow and the location is very central for me. Being an older lay on her own (but for the cat) I felt very safe in the property plus the host's house was right in front of the bungalow. The unit was immualate and very new with every modern con. Daniele is a cheerful, fun, courteous and considerate person who made me feel at home ... like I was another Nona/Yaya. I would not hesitate recommending Daniele's bungalow to any future guests.

We loved staying at Cal's place. It's always nice staying at an Airbnb which feels like someone's home, not just a company managing it. Its a beautifully renovated space and looks exactly like the photos. The location is great, walking distance to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as an easy 2minute walk to the train station to get to the city. The linen was comfy and fluffy doonas to boot! Plenty of parking. The fire and coffee machine are a nice touch. We loved it here. Thanks for having us.
