Quaint, peaceful, & fully remodeled basement apartment awaits you 9/10th of a mile off I-81. Conveniently located an hour from Knoxville, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge areas & about 45min from Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. This lovely 900 sq ft house is tucked into the rolling landscape of East TN on a 60 acre farm. 2 bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 twin beds) 1 bathroom with large jacuzzi tub and separate shower, living room with wood burning stove, full kitchen, dining nook and a relaxing porch surrounded by beautiful catalpa trees. I do allow pets. The fee is $10 per pet per night. I also have horse accommodations available (stalls or paddock) at $25 per night per horse.

Quaint Country Cottage, Nice View, hot tub!

Small cute cottage has one bedroom , one tiled bathroom and a kitchen/ living room. There’s a back porch to enjoy the ducks. On the deck is a hot tub, sauna and gas grill. Our home is also attached to the same deck. In warmer months the pool is open and heated! The hot tub is year round. . We are a small remote farm . Bring food or drive 20 min to closest restaurant. We have horses, donkeys and ducks! Fresh eggs daily.
