Vacation rentals with beach access in Budva

Zoran was a very caring host, he responded quickly to our questions. The house was in the center, and it was a 5-minute walk to Budva old town and Mogren beaches. It was also nice to be able to watch the Adriatic sea view from the balcony. It was a great advantage for us to have a parking lot. Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Apartment is on the first floor so you're looking down on the beach which is great. has everything you need. housekeeper and owner both very helpful. we were allowed to leave our car in their secured parking area and use their beach towels after checkout which meant we could enjoy the sandy beach for a while longer. short driving distance to Budva and not very far from Kotor.

We booked this place last minute and Boris did his upmost to accommodate and host us! Location is on Main Street of old town, bustling with things to do and less than 1min walk to local beach! Boris was extremely helpful with recommendations, tourist/bus information and airport transfers. We were so grateful being first time visitors to Budva. If you’re looking for an authentic place in old town this is the place for you!

We absolutely loved our time at Sava’s place. Great location with phenomenal views, we loved having breakfast and reading on the balcony every morning, watching the boats coming and going. The apartment had everything we needed, definitely needed the aircon! It is in a great location. The Old Town is in walking distance 25min ish, we always enjoyed the walk (there isn’t much pavement so just be aware of the traffic, they often give you a little honk just to let you know they are behind). We enjoyed taking a quick swim in the sea just outside (although a little cold). If you are into walking there is a walk up to Vrmac fort and Sveti Ilija just down from the apartment which we really enjoyed. Plenty of restaurants to choose from some on Muo side and others in the Old Town. Shops also in walking distance too. Sava was friendly and communicated quickly with us throughout our stay. An amazing place to stay, highly recommend, hope we can come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Mijo's apartment. The setting is beautiful and the view from the deck is magnificent (despite the cruise ships). The apartment itself was very clean and spacious with even a daily clean and towel change! The kitchen and fridge were very generously stocked (thanks Mijo for the delicious cake!). The bed was very comfy and the shower was great, but we loved the private deck most of all for swimming and relaxing. Mijo was very responsive and helpful and even organised a boat trip for us where we were picked up at the deck, wonderful! The area is pretty quiet but there a number of good restaurants within walking distance. The only thing I would advise is that you really need a car as it would be tricky to get to the apartment otherwise (it is about a 50/60 min walk outside of Kotor). Parking is provided onsite which is another bonus! I would definitely recommend Mijo's apartment and would stay there again if we are in the area.

Well furnished apartment equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Great location with a supermarket in the building and across the street from the beach. Absolutely fantastic and responsive host who was in touch before and during my stay. Very highly recommended.

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Absolutely amazing! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

Amazing stay , highly recommended

This is a great place to stay and the host is brilliant. The apartment is a short walk to the old town, harbour, shops, restaurants etc but is far enough away to be peaceful. Aleksander offered to pick us up.from the bus station if it was raining but luckily it stopped when we arrived. The apartment is well equipped ( unlike some other places I've stayed). It has a really good shower. This is an ideal place to stay in Kotor.

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Great location and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything in old town. Room was lovely and cool (amazing aircon) and terrace had a beautiful view. We were allowed to check in early and Nikola was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would stay again!

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks
