Located minutes from down town Canon City . This place is a great 3 bed 2 bath house with enclosed front patio with propane fireplace and gas grill. As well as 4 person hot tub. While this is a duplex all that is shared is the garages and parking. so you don't hear the neighbors if their TV is turned up to high. Inside you will find a nice fully furnished house that sleeps 7. one King bed with Privat bathroom one Queen bed One Bunk bed with Double bed on the bottom and single bed up top.

Kick back and relax in our retro cottage. The house is a former 1940s store front for the old apple orchard, and it has been remodeled to be a fun vacation spot that we also use regularly. Soak up that country feel while being close to downtown shopping and restaurants. You will have easy access to the Royal Gorge, rafting, climbing, hiking, and biking. The space has a great outdoor area that is decorated with local art. Sit on the front patio and enjoy watching the sunrise over the mountains.

It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. The studio offers a queen size bed and a small couch that folds out into a bed.

The rental is in downtown is right by the Royal Gorge Railway, the river trail and park, across the street is the historic area of downtown Canon City with good restaurants, shops, etc. There is parking right out front and a ramp up to the door to easily carry in luggage. The place is a cool historic building that has been renovated (new full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, new windows, beds, Smart TV's) but has kept it's historic appeal and has been decorated with vintage and retro decor. The tall ceilings and windows give it an old "loft" feel, the king size bed was comfortable, the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry were stocked with everything we needed. It was just me and my husband but there was another nicely appointed bedroom if you're traveling with kids/others. We would definitely stay here next time we are in Canon City.

Our trip was absolutely fantastic! Reed's cabin was cozy, clean, and remote, which is just what we were looking for. It's the perfect place to get away from the city for a weekend. It was so nice to not hear the constant sounds of cars or trains whizzing by. We actually spent all of our time at the cabin, sitting outside enjoying the peace, reading, and watching the birds (lots of hummingbirds!) and other critters (there's a family of chipmunks that lives in the barn!). Reed's instructions for working the water heater & furnace were perfect and he responded to all my questions promptly. If you're looking for a place to just relax and enjoy some actual quiet coupled with amazing views & wildlife, this cabin is it.
