An architect project built in 2021 with reused building materials in our wild blooming garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bikes can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west brilliant view of the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 m to bus stop, 100 m to outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Lovely little house with sea view and close to swimming

Our nice guest house has one of the west coast's finest views over the sea and the islands. Newly built and airy with high ceilings. The guesthouse is located in a separate part of the garden in a peaceful area just down by the sea. Toilet, shower, fully equipped kitchen with induction stove and hot-air oven, fridge and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer is located in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels included. Outdoor furniture both on the "jetty" and on the reading side. Only 130 m walk over the hills down to the sea and the swimming area!

A newly decorated Attefall house with kitchen, extension dining area, bathroom, four beds suitable for two adults and two children and terrace with lovely sea views. Bua Strand is a unique area with high natural value and nice walking paths both in the forest and on the beach. There is a path up to the exercise trail and three tricky walking paths by the cliffs that are marked in different colors. It is walking distance to several bathing bays and cliffs. It is quiet and calm and the houses blend nicely into nature.

Welcome to Bua! A tiny house with a nice atmosphere, what we in Sweden call an "Attefallshus". Its 25 square metre, with a sleeping loft. Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km). House of 25 sqm with private location with sea view in wonderful Espevik. Parking included. 10 km from Varberg. 200 meters to the beach. About 1.3 km away is Espeviks camping with a large beach. 1 km to nature reserve. Plenty of walking paths. Wonderful patio in high location. There is one bed, (160cm wide) and we permit 2 guests, however small children are of course also allowed free of charge.

Staying at Katarina's place was great! She is totally warm and always approachable if you need anything. The place was fantastic and just right to feel good. Especially great: A beautiful nature reserve is nearby – perfect for a walk or simply to unwind. You can tell that Katarina is there with heart. We felt really comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We stayed in the small cottage for 4 nights and felt comfortable all around. The location is ideal for smaller excursions on foot and Gothenburg and Varberg are also easy to reach by car. You can also walk to the shops. It was very clean and also the incineration toilet was easy to use and worked perfectly. We would definitely recommend the place.

We were two families with a total of 5 children from 7-15 years as well as grandmother and grandfather who spent an absolutely wonderful week in this amazing house. The kids were especially happy for the pool and trampoline. And it was only 20 minutes to walk down to a nice sand beach. The house has very nice decor and is very well equipped. In addition, Lisa and Rolf are super nice and generous hosts. We felt very welcome. We can highly recommend a visit here.

We stayed at the property for a week. The location is fantastic and Rudolf a wonderful host. We were even invited to dinner. I can recommend this accommodation 100%. Waking up early and seeing the sea from the bed is indescribable.
