A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. A lovely refurbished home offering a stay for up to 4 Nr University of Birmingham, Cadbury World, close to train / bus links to city centre. The house is cosy for 4 people so probably only suited to 4 for a short stay (although 4 guests have happily stayed longer!). The road is in a quiet residential area so no parties or loud noise please. Shops, restaurants & pubs 5 min walk. Railway line behind the houses opposite but noise from this is minimal & house is double glazed.

We have both the M5 and M42 with easy access to the NEC, airport, Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon and Malverns to name a few.
