If you are looking for a nice place at the beach with an old country cottage vibe you well enjoy this place. The beach there is beautiful.

Ruchi is a fantastic host - responsive and helpful! The house is adorable, and very well equipped, we missed absolutely nothing. The location is easy to find and Ruchi was very accommodating re checking time and had prepared a lovely welcome basket, and gave us excellent restaurants recommendations (try the Old Spot, 5 minutes walk away!). The neighborhood is nice and calm, and has 2 good groceries and supermarkets within 5 min walk. The only downside I could see is for people with very limited mobility as the space is over 3 floors. If going back to Dublin, we would hope her place will be available again!

Just like Elaine, her home is warm, comfortable and oozes charm. The gardens are lovely and the birds never allow one to get bored; their antics are hilarious. This property is in a breathtaking location, and the view of the sea is stunning, at any time of day or night, and in any weather. It truly was my good fortune to be allowed to stay there! The home is amazing with access to a great beech. Ben had all the supplies in the house and made our stay wonderful. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Ireland.

Myself, ny dog and friend stayed in early june and loved the house. So clean and well furnished, very quiet escape from city life which is what we both wanted. Perfect base to explore Co Wexford and its stunning beaches, walks, eateries and Wexford town. Only downside was mattress in middle room, it needs replacing as it's old and exacerbated my friend's asrhma.

Sandra is an amazing host and communicated very well with us. The house was absolutely wonderful and there were so many amenities. Sandra also gave great recommendations and made sure we had the best stay possible!

As soon as we arrived, we heard and smelled the sea...we were home! We could not have imagined a more comfortable home, and the surroundings are absolutely stunning. In the four weeks we were there, we barely left the immediate area--that's how much we loved it. That said, there is much to do and see within a 45-minute drive. Laurene and Mike are an outstanding hosts! They were always at the ready with suggestions and details on locations. The house is very well equipped, but the few things that we needed appeared as if by magic! I recommend this beautiful place 100%.

5 of us traveled to Eire to visit family in the area, the house is amazing, each couple had en-suite bedrooms which was really comfortable for all, the space in general is ginormous allowing everyone their own space , the outside area and BBQ were an additional bonus, the hot water and heating was all we could ask for and the open fire was cozy. WIFI AND TV channels choice was perfect. We had family visit for dinner one evening and the house was well able to accommodate all plus a few guests , we will certainly be using Cahore House again for visits to Wexford

We loved this place. It had everything we needed and more. The tennis courts and football field were a surprising hit with my adult children. Very relaxing peaceful place.

We had a wonderful stay at Gannet Cottage. Everything was as expected and to a very high standard. Within walking distance of beach and shops. There is plenty to do in the Wexford area. Our host was very welcoming and could not have been more helpful. We hope to visit this lovely place again soon. Mick and Liz.

Cracker little house perfectly located. The host Clive was really great. Loved getting to know Wicklow town, we had a fantastic break.

This is a tidy and comfortable beach cottage. We especially appreciated the parking since we had a rental car. It’s an easy walk to town for pubs, sightseeing and a grocery store. It’s a nice little place that’s right on the sea. We enjoyed our stay.

What a house- what a location - everything was more than we could have hoped for! The house is absolutely perfect for a family gathering - so much space and views over the river! We cooked in every night and made the most of the space. We were also very lucky with the weather but I can imagine how cosy it is with the fire on during a storm! We had 2 kids with us so perfect to go across the road to a playground and right beside the beach too! I can't recommend this house enough - we had the best few days and will absolutely be returning. Loved staying in Monique’s home. It was beautiful, clean and so close to the beach. It was a family friendly home suitable for teenagers and toddlers. Monique communicated with me throughout our stay and had a hand list of restaurants and places to visit. She lent us dry robes for sea swims and family games for game nights. I would absolutely stay here again.

I can’t even say enough good things about Caroline and Alan and their beautiful home! They were so welcoming,left a basket full of amazing Irish snacks and were always available to answer any questions and recommend local sights to see. Alan even brought us fans when the temperature hit 80 which was rare for Ireland! The home is absolutely spectacular! I miss it already! The views of the Irish Sea out all of the front rooms, and the Wicklow mountains in the back! The beds are super comfortable and the artwork is gorgeous in every room! This is one of my favorite stays in Europe! I can’t wait to come back. Alan and Caroline- thank you! I know we would be best of friends if we lived in Ireland. Thank you for your amazing hospitality. Our family group of 12 LOVED these two apartments! Everything was super clean and smelled nice. The location was absolutely unbelievable- walkable to so many restaurants and the beach. Best of all, every window, every direction had the most amazing views. The host was so helpful and responsive. Wish we could've stayed more than one night. Recommend x1000!

We had a lovely stay in a delightful property. Everything was exactly as described, a luxurious property with all amenities described, and spotlessly clean and well presented. Danielle could not have been more helpful and was an extremely gracious and friendly host. Highly recommended.

My family of six stayed in this home perched on a cliff above the sea. The views from the deck off the kitchen were breathtaking, offering us a panoramic vistas. It was calm and relaxing and just what our family needed. The house was spacious, allowing us to spread out comfortably. Despite the allure of the TV, we never felt the need to turn it on, preferring instead to soak in the surroundings. Our kids were thrilled with the outdoor amenities. The trampoline in the front yard was a big hit, and they spent hours playing on the zipline in the back yard. The internet worked well in most rooms, which was a plus for down time and a few unfortunate work calls we needed to take. The location was ideal. The DART station was just a 20-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the area. We also enjoyed walking into Howth, either via footpaths and sidewalks or along the beach during low tide. Our stay was fantastic, I highly recommend this property!

We booked our stay for the 2024 New Year holiday weekend and were not disappointed! We needed a place to recharge, relax, and the house and area were a perfect fit! It was very peaceful and quiet, and Emily's instructions and kind note made us feel welcomed and at home. The beach was at the back door and a short walk to restaurants and stores. We took a day trip into Howth for hiking and dining and were not disappointed. If were are ever in the area again we would not hesitate to stay at Emily's. Michele Blanchard

This was not a typical rental for us as we selected the place to be close to family that we visit each summer, without having to burden them as hosts in their own homes. We know the area well enough to know that there are not many rentals at the quality of this and very few in Howth at all! It truly was “home away from home” and could not have been nicer! The modern renovation done on the main floor is spectacular all the while keeping the charm of what is a very charming traditional Dublin house. The open plan in the kitchen and back garden was heavenly and the easy walk to a private beach is a huge bonus. We caught the bus and DART into town easily (a 5 and 12 minute walk respectively) and the grocery store —5 min away by car- has everything you could possibly need. Another fun bonus was the vegetable garden! I just wish I was coming back when the tomatoes were in season. Rest assured this place is as perfect as it shows online and we hope to come back someday.
