Vacation rentals with breakfast in Brisas de Zicatela

Gerardo’s place was a great stay. Location was ideal as it was walkable to anything in town, but private and kept away from any noise. The room was beautiful and spacious as well as the property itself. Breakfast was a fantastic addition. Would definitely return to Gerardo’s place!

Our stay was amazing, the arrival instructions were super clear, Luis was always very attentive, the arrival to the accommodation was super easy from the airport, the room was very comfortable with everything that was indicated, super close to the beach, a store in front of the accommodation, the pool was very good, the view from the room was very nice, the breakfast was incredible and the attention of Claudia, the person who received us, was excellent, highly recommended accommodation, a little maintenance is needed in the common areas but in places with such extreme weather we know it is difficult, but in general a very nice place

In general I had an amazing time, the house is beautiful, the chef food is something remarkable, but to mention again the view of the upper rooms is something worth to visit sometime.

Great place to be close to de beach and the principal street of Punta Zicatela. An incredible and peaceful house, clean and pretty!

We had wonderful weeks with a very helpful, open-minded and friendly Mexican family. They help and integrate you as far as you can and you want to. After a certain time, they felt a little like home.

An excellent place for a vacation, the breakfasts are very tasty. The place is nice for a good stay, and Luis is super attentive, he is always ready to give you a good stay. It's a good place to stay if you're just girls, it gives you the security of having a good place to stay with a great host

Excellent accommodation! The room is just as seen in the photos, the breakfast included is very tasty, it is a couple of streets from the house... everything works perfectly and the pool is very nice. The beach is also very close.

My family and I loved the place. Luis helped us with all the questions and needs that arose. the Deli pool. The breakfasts they prepare are really delicious, fresh. Latency💯. We would definitely go back to this beautiful place. Thank you.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was absolutely amazing! 10/10 for this place. The breakfast was delicious, prepared by the sweetest girls, and Luis, the host, is super friendly and responds very quickly! Highly recommend :)

Breakfast is very tasty and the pool for this heat is super nice, in addition to the air conditioning that worked without problems! We had a problem with the TV that we couldn't use because there was no remote control and the one they gave us later didn't work. Of course, there are a lot of insects and several types of ants in the area. Luis explains super well how to get to and enter your room

the beach is beautiful and a very short walk. the area is definitely a work in progress. extreme poverty interspersed with a few beautiful beach homes. very few nearby services - restaurants, stores, etc. The town is a short taxi ride away but there isn't much there. we had a great two day stay, which was perfect. the breakfast was good, everything was in good condition and very clean. host very responsive.

We stayed 4 nights at Casa Cascada and it was an unforgettable experience. We are a gay couple and from the beginning we felt welcome. Christine, the host, is charming, and Lupita, who takes care of the house, is amazing: she cooks delicious food and gave us great recommendations to enjoy the local cuisine. The house is beautiful, with a direct ocean view and access to Playa Manzanillo/Puerto Angelito, quiet and perfect for swimming. The room, without air conditioning, has a fan and the breeze is enough to keep you cool. They also have a book with tips on restaurants, tours and services that makes the stay very comfortable. Definitely a place to go back.

Luis is super helpful and kind! The place was super tidy...clean and white! Bathing was very nice, there was both hot and cold water. The air conditioning... the bed and pillows... everything is very nice and comfortable... the place is quiet to rest... the drinks in the refrigerator are delicious and cold... the breakfast is very complete and delicious. I highly recommend it :)

I always wanted to spend a few days in a little cabin near the sea, and this was the perfect opportunity, Mr. Roberto was very kind, we really liked his hospitality, the room was very nice and clean, despite the strong heat of the season, with the fans it was enough, there are many mosquitoes, just go prepared with repellent, we would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful location - great if you’re looking for some peace and quiet and being walking distance to a nice lil beach. Not super close to busy areas so not walkable to a lot of restaurants/bars, but great for a small getaway! Beautiful views as well , better than the photos :) Also, Lupita was AMAZING! She made such great breakfast every morning and gave so many suggestions for how to spend my time there. Def recommend! Also the dog and 2 cats are adorable.

Excellent accommodation, the ideal place for two people, nearby is the beach, Luis is very attentive and friendly, I would definitely stay there again.

We chose to stay at Villa Maria based on the outstanding reviews they received from others who had stayed there - we were not disappointed. Paul and Luisa are very kind, attentive to detail and accommodating to our questions and needs regardless of what business they are engaged in during the day. Their attitudes are always helpful which meant so much to us. Their place is beautifully designed and evokes a calm peaceful atmosphere; it's delightfully refreshing.

we had a wonderful stay at Casa Cascada. beautiful views, incredible & quiet location (5 minute walk to a swimmable beach). all recommendations provided for transport, restaurants & activities were were fantastic. the breakfast included cooked by Lupita is delicious! we look forward to visiting Puerto Escondido & staying at Casa Cascada again.

We loved our stay here! Tony’s breakfasts were amazing, and we really enjoyed the pool and outside area. The house is beautifully decorated, and the area is quiet and conveniently located to the beaches. Tony, Mane and Cesar were gracious and friendly hosts, and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved our few days at Christine’s place - it had a real family feel to it. Perfect if you want to have your own little holiday but still have the option to meet other travellers. Lupita’s breakfasts were always super yummy too - we had a 24-hour mole for one of them. The shops were close enough to walk and get groceries, which meant we could cook in the evenings whilst watching the sun go down. Would also highly recommend requesting a massage from the masseuse who is happy to come to the villa - she is so gifted. The whole team were friendly and super helpful, including the cats and little Lucy the dog! Thank you again for an unforgettable few days in Puerto Escondido!
