Spacious house with bright spaces, a beautiful garden with private pool, and a view of the Tepozteco mountain. If you require space for more than 6 people, house 2 on the property is occupied (max 10 guests). The houses are not rented separately. Only 10 minutes by car or 15-20 minutes walking to the center of this beautiful Magical Town. The house is in a residential area, and by agreement with the authorities and neighbors, the music MUST be turned off at 10 pm. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS

Everything is very good with the house! Cerquita del Tepozteco, a very cozy place to go with several people. The hosts are very friendly and cute

It's a beautiful house, Andrea is super friendly, from the area where it is located, away from the hustle and bustle of Tepoztlán, near the mountains, the people who take care of the house, Lupita and her husband, are super friendly, we loved the design surrounded by real plants. We hope to return soon

Acan was the best!! We ran into some problems with some noisy neighbors but he took great care of it. Anytime we had wuestions he would follow up immediately! The house was lovely as well!

A short but very pleasant stay. Private room, very clean and comfortable. I felt like I was in a safe, quiet place. Very good communication with Alma, Alma is a very friendly host. I recommend it 100% and I'll be happy to return!

This is a special place. A beautiful home in a beautiful spot where you can feel at home. Every detail is looked after with so much care. Nicolas, Martha and Pedro are excellent host. Can't recommend this place enough.

It's a very nice and incredible house, it helps a lot that it's far from downtown and very cool if you want a getaway from Mexico City, the only bad thing was that we didn't stay more days. It's not far from the city and it takes 20 minutes to get to downtown Tepoz by car.
